All the stores are great. The guys that work there are very helpful and personable. Prices are cheapest around. Multiple product, flavors and everything you need.

Great experience on my first visit. Even though they did not have the pod I was looking for, the associate took a good amount of time to search for it. I ended up just purchasing a new battery altogether from here based on his recommendations simply because he went out of his way to try and locate my pod.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair. I'm a big fan of their house blend spearmint - it's a nice refreshing mint, not harsh like some I've tried. Their punch card program is a nice bonus too.

Great service, great prices, great juices and devices and great staff! Jay never hesitates to take the time to help you out with any questions you have or any help you need. I have plenty of shops in my local area but would rather drive 20 minutes here because they are the best!

This shop is the only one I will go to. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Jason has helped me with a step down program to help me quit smoking cigarettes. He asked me questions to find out how much I smoked so he could figure out the mg's of nicotine I should start with. He also helped me pick the right device for me and answered all my questions so I could feel comfortable about everything. I haven't had a cigarette in almost 2 months and have already stepped down from 6mg to 3mg of nicotine and I feel great! Thank you Jason and everyone at Silver City Vapors!
Sadly, Jason no longer works here but Jeff and Will are just as knowledgeable and personable. They will help with whatever you need. This is still the only Vape store I will go to.

Silver City is the greatest period. The products are excellent and so are the prices. The amazing service and the staff go above and beyond anywhere else. If you have questions, they have answers. If you haven't already definitely check them out! Tom, Pam, and Jay are just the best! Silver City Vapors bar none the greatest!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. The store carries the largest variety of e-juice flavors and manufacturers, and allows you to try before you buy. On top of selling all the latest mods, coils, and vape supplies, they also offer services and repairs if needed. I cannot recommend this establishment enough!

This has been my go to store for the last 4 years or so. Everyone that works here are just incredible. Jay has helped me out many times and just recently gave me advice in purchasing a different tank. It's been about a week since I've bought it and I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Best Vape shop hands down! I won't go to any other vape store this is my go to for my Vapes and CBD products that actually work! Jay is absolutely amazing and he's very knowledgeable, he knows his stuff. Super polite staff always helpful with everything. I've broken so many vapes in the beginning of my vape journey and they were always there to help. The owners are awsome. Would highly recommend this Vape shop.

Silver City is a fantastic place for beginner vapors like myself. They introduced me to countless juices. The selection is almost never ending. John and the staff are also very informative when it comes to building. I'd still be wasting meters of coil if it weren't for him. I have nothing but great things to say about Silver City. If you haven't yet been, be sure to check this place out!

I used to go to school about 15 minutes from this place, and now I live an hour away and I still drive there to buy from them. I just purchased an ipv4s from them last weekend and unfortunately it was defective. One of the terminals sunk into the housing and wouldn't go back into place. I was nervous about going in with it because I thought they would blame the damage on me and I would be SOL. I walked in the door, they took a look at it, and immediately gave me a brand new one. The owner was a great guy and didn't hesitate to resolve the issue. I enjoy going here because they aren't a couple of guys that opened a shop. They are intelligent, professional people that will take their time with you to EARN your business and make your time there as easy as possible. It's a real local business that takes their customer relations very seriously. I highly recommend going for a visit.

I've been to a bunch of different vape shops in ct, and I can say with confidence these guys are the best all around. They have a great selection and excellent service. Jay is always a great help whether I have technical questions or just need a recommendation on a new product. I cant reccomend silver city enough

I've been shopping at Silver City for well over a year now and I can't sing their praises enough.

There are a few vape shops closer to my home and I go out of my way for Silver City's service and selection. They have a great selection for both new and experienced vapors, they regularly stock large bottles of my favorite specialty juice, and their line of house-made juices are top-notch. I particularly like their premium Cranberry Apple.

When you walk in the door the owners, Pam and Tom, always have a friendly welcome. Their crew is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They treat all of their customers new or old as part of the family.

Whether you're looking to quit smoking or have been vaping for years, I can't recommend Silver City enough, go say hello and check out this very friendly and welcoming shop.

Great place, especially if you are new to vaping. Have not smoked cigs in years, but was always thinking about it so I decided to try vaping. The crap at the gas station was not good & then someone recommended Silver City to me. They were so patient & helped me with a good starter kit. I used that for almost a year & then got a better stick & a larger tank. (I had stopped at another store & they tried to push me into dripping - something I would never have the patience for.) I always feel at home there, Pam & Tom are the nicest people & never try to push me to buy stuff I don't need. The entire staff is so friendly; I end up staying & shooting the breeze while trying out the latest flavors. I am a Silver City devotee!!

I used to go to silver City years ago, but ended up falling back into smoking. Recently, got back into vaping, (bought my first new tank from Hohmtown, in Hamden, another great shop) when driving past silver City, I decided to pop in. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, and very inviting. I noticed that smok now has a tfv16. I liked my old tfv12, so I was ready to shell out the ~$50 bucks for it. Jason suggested against it, and told me that they have issues with leaking, and that smok isn't as good as it used to be. He suggested If I want a new tank, to get the uwell valyrian 2. He swore by it, said it was his favorite tank. I was surprised to see that he was pushing the less expensive tank, and the honesty from him was greatly appreciated. I was a little disappointed to learn that they no longer provide samples of there juices, but I understand, that comes from the FDA, so I can't blame them. It was a great shopping experience, and I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Also, their house swedish fish juice takes like pure happiness.

Awesome. Very knowledgable staff. Everyone was so friendly and taught me a lot I didnt know. They got me the right equipment, were fairly priced, and give great advice. By far the best vape shop I've been to.
