Really cool place. The food was delicious and the staff here were friendly and professional! We were able to enjoy the clam casino pizza in a new haven style which was delectable. The cookies were sold separately but we're delicious! Parking was easily accessible and had plenty of spots open for lunch. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

The place its a family owned restaurant. I was craving chicken Alfredo and my husband wanted a chicken parm sub. Everything was super delicious. The bread was fresh(homemade) the pasta was also fresh(homemade)!! Would go back and try on their pizza!!

Real deal pizza! On a very short list of good pizza places out of Hamden..Great food! A little loud when busy. Plenty of Parking in rear. Clean bathrooms. Experienced wait staff!

Husband and son had pepperoni pizza, I had a gluten free pizza which was outstanding. Was made with real GF dough, not a frozen pizza shell. Thanks for making delicious pie for us GF'ers! Low key, family friendly place with self service water dispensing station which I really appreciated after a day of hiking. Bathroom very clean.

Looking for a great local pizza place this may be for you. We got the pollo bianco pizza for our first time here. The chicken was not overcooked and still moist and tender, which is hard for something that gets twice cooked . The ricotta was generous while the garlic was subtle but present. The crust on the pizza was cooked to a perfect crunch but not dry. They also have home baked desserts made in-house. We tried the oatmeal cookies, and let me tell you they did not last long. Will be going back to try the other pizzas and desserts.

Sergio's is amazing! We nearly always receive our delivery before the estimated time frame. We recently needed a last minute large order and they kindly accommodated us same day. Most importantly their food is delicious and a favorite for all events.

I forgot Italian bread at the store so I called and they sell by the loaf, it's made right there. They have such a huge selection of food options and it is extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and so helpful.
Don't forget when you order take out to TIP the staff!! They are still working on your order getting it ready. I would definitely recommend Sergio's if you want great Italian food.

Honestly a very great place to stop and eat they are right off the rails to trails and the food is fantastic they don't disappoint whether it's a plain cheese pizza pasta or a meatball grinder made with garlic bread by special request the place is fantastic especially on your wallet.

We love this place! Several years ago, I decided to stop stressing over cooking to host Christmas Eve dinner, so we have used Sergio’s since for catering for the holiday (and other get togethers). The food is so amazing!! All of our guests compliment each year how good the food was! The portions are huge and their prices are extremely reasonable. Happy, satisfied guests on Christmas is just as fulfilling as cooking yourself and getting compliments (well, almost), but you’re WAY less stressed! I actually get to enjoy our holidays now! We like the food here so much, that even though we moved and are a good 25 minutes away, we still drive here.

The pizza is out of this world. There's plenty of space for a large party. I ordered for a large party and it was just us. 😂

Beats the upscale Italian joint down the road hands down (no offense)! Great entrees, huge calzones and large portions and great desserts! The gnocchi special (with peas and sausage in vodka sauce) is a top-notch comfort dish for letting someone else do the cooking on a Saturday night. I usually pick up meatballs to snack on with their awesome bread during the week, and can't *not* peek at the dessert case when picking up. Everything from tiramisu and cheesecake to occasional treats like lemon blueberry cake and peanut butter pie, tasty biscotti for Monday morning's coffee and big cookies for the kiddos!

Very nice family owned restaurant. Great pizza, pastas and more. The place is very clean and the service is always friendly and prompt. There's plenty of parking and it's handicapped accessible. The prices are very reasonable and there's a full bar and a nice wine selection even by the glass. I highly recommend you go, conveniently located on Whitney Avenue.

Sergio’s provided the food for my wife’s retirement party this past weekend, 9/18. The owners are so friendly and the food is so good. We had a great selection of stuffed breads, chicken and pasta dishes, broccoli rabe with sausage and best of all, the eggplant rollatini. Everything was delivered piping hot and right on time. Everyone raved about the food. Thank you for helping us celebrate this special occasion.

I’ve been going here since I was about five years old so I’m biased but - even after traveling the world and living in NYC and DC - this has been and always will be the family/neighborhood Italian spot of my dreams.

It's hard to rate a pizza joint when Connecticut houses the best pizza on the planet. It's almost as if going against Pepe's, Sally's, and Modern Pizza is an automatic 4 stars (which I instinctively did myself before changing it).
I have no complaints against Sergio's. They're specialty pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked. I would return again if I'm ever in the area and need a slice of heaven or whole pie for the family.
Go try them out and let's hear your opinion too. No need to let a few restaurants hold the market over the rest. Enjoy!

Stopped here while we were on the Farmington Rail Trail. A lot of variety and something for everyone. The dining room was closed and there was no service at the time but that was fine. I got a meatball parm grinder and it was excellent. Really solid place to stop while on the trail.

Great prices great pizza! Not that busy around 2 when we went. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating with umbrellas. They are not taking orders at the table anymore so you have to order up at the counter. But they will bring the food to you when it’s done so that works! Portions are huge especially the small “” calzone and the stuffed bread! Prices like i said are really great. And they do offer a personal pizza 10inch! Lots of toppings and lots of speciality pizzas. The mozzarella sticks are the thick long ones they come with four i believe. There are plastic plates and utensils available. Lots of bottle drinks available from a soda fridge, sprites, coke, teas, water etc. Food was overall really delicious. They do out a lot of bacon on the pizza so just be aware of that. The shrimp pesto i was told was really good as well as the eggplant and meatball parm grinder! Ladies were kind and there are two clean bathrooms available! Lots of parking in the back as well! Enjoy!!
