Windsor Motel

Me and my Girlfriend have now stayed at Windsor Motel about 5 times or so. We’ve had a great experience each time with no problems! The owners are very friendly and very helpful as well. I recommend if you are in the area and want a motel for the night to come on down and check them out! The beds are comfy, the heat works great and the water pressure is awesome! I give them a 5 out of 5 star rating due to the great experience we have had with them.

I stayed here years back and it was kinda dumpy. I got in the room and it was clean and new furniture and carpet. The staff were friendly. Big step up from past years and the rate was 65 a night. The only thing I thought could be better was shower pressure but not a big deal. I avoided this place these past years not knowing they stepped it up. My one or two nights if I book a hotel will be here absolutely 💯

Staying here one night for a weekend trip with my partner. When I booked the reservation online last night, I had put in the additional section “ Is it possible to add some cute stuff on the bed like rose petals or a heart balloon or something romantic and small? My partner and I are taking up the long weekend opportunity for a getaway. :)” and they SERVEDD!! Real rose petals and they also put the balloons! It’s on a main road which is nice to know that there’s places nearby to visit soon :) excited for the weekend trip and it’s already off to a great spot thanks to the hosts👍🏼 the room is a great size, fits exactly what we need. A bed for the night, a shower to clean up, and space to put our belongings on the glass table near the microwave :) they also have a dresser with some night stand and also a tv and a mirror and some elegant purple royalty-type chairs so I might have to spend some time sitting on those thrones! One window facing the street and parking lot, all rooms facing street along the strip of the motel building outside.

This motel was found at the last minute by Google search. My husband and I love the Mystic, CT area and visit frequently. Because of this, we choose economy accommodations so as to keep our trips within budget. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. Nice sized refrigerator and microwave. Great location. Close to casino. Will definitely stay here again!!

I found this motel on Hopper while my husband, 3 yr old, and I were traveling to Hartford. It was late and there were no campsites available. Small family owned vibe.

For $63 dollars including taxes and fees we had a clean room. Like CLEAN. Smelled like fruit :) The woman at check out even gave us bandaids when our daughter skinned her ankle and complimented her hair. I was so pleasantly surprised.

We did stay in a smoking room so it was a bit smelly but it was just what we needed. The staff was very nice and was from my home town which was very nice to find.

· When I arrived late at night, I entered into a small office area that needs improvement with decor. It made me nervous thinking I may have made a bad choice about the hotel! However, the staff was wonderful, advising me of local restaurants that may still be open late night and giving directions. In arriving at my room I noticed very nice security locks, and when I opened the door the room was very nice & smelled clean as well! It was also toasty warm! I scrutinized the bed, as I always do at hotels, and it was very clean and very nicely made with all correct folds. The walls were freshly painted and carpets clean. Also had a small refrig & Micro. that appeared to be newer. Although bathroom was dated it was very clean, and I felt the decorative folded hand towels were a great touch! For the money a great deal! Yes I would rent a room again :)

My husband and I were headed back to NY but had to rest before the 3 he drive.
The room we got was very clean, spacious and the place was very quiet. Best night sleep we've had in a while.

Attentive, helpful staff. A nice room. (I’ve stayed at “nice” places before that did not have in-room microwaves.) Staff provided me the ability to charge my phone immediately when I lost my charger.

Its so clean and nice in the rooms! Wonderful staff that work there too, and its ONLY 45 dollars a night! Big flat screen TV and Good A/C!

Nice and affordable 👌 not that bad of a drive to Mohegan sun.... my only down fall was the warm shower....and lack of heat....wife was warm....but I need alittle extra heat....

Great price, good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep for a few hours. Clean and friendly.
