Had the misfortune of being involved in a crash on icy roads .R&R towing came to the rescue on Christmas day 2022.They got me rolling and back to their shop to fix big hole in trailer.They used their skill and ingenuity to patch up hole..These guys were amazing,friendly and down right awesome. Thanks so much guys...highly recommend to anyone needing help...

I was a snowbird RVer on my way home to Canada. I received excellent service on several levels this past April (2020) from this family-owned and operated service when my 28ft Class C motorhome’s driveshaft broke down on the highway just south of Helena:
• I’ve had occasional breakdowns in the past - this was the first time my rig was quickly and competently towed;
• this happened on a Friday afternoon - I stayed in my rig in their work yard over the weekend - three of the quietest nights of sleep during my trip;
• while they committed to looking at the driveshaft on Monday they were able to start doing so on the Saturday;
• they gave me an honest estimate (written) of the repairs based on probable parts required...and finding that the parts would not be an issue, the actual cost of repairs ended up being HALF of the estimate and VERY reasonable;
• the work was COMPLETED and I was on my way early Monday afternoon;
• the office staff were Covid-conscious;
• everyone was pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend R & R to anyone for both towing finesse and for mechanical repairs of large vehicles.

The folks at R & R bailed me out of a really sticky situation in the middle of nowhere on short notice, and were incredibly kind and understanding. I cannot recommend these people enough.

Could not believe how fast my insurance responded. I will not go anywhere else hands down the very best in town.
Response time was faster than through my insurance company.

I was stuck in a dock door of a receiver. After unloading, my truck would not start. I called this place and they were there in 20 minutes and within in an hour diagnosed and repaired a short in a wire for the starter. I followed the mechanic to the shop, not far away, and they charged me the standard hour rate no call out, mileage and all that other stuff others charge. Great people.

Spent 3 days on phone trying to find a Diesel repairman that made house calls. Finally R&R stepped up. The mechanic, Stuart was fantastic, personable, knowledgeable and the right mechanic for our job. Very delighted with Stuart and R&R Diesel repair.

Excellent service. Busted a drive axle lateral control arm to the frame and they got me in and started same day, fixed, and charged less than I expected. Ran me back n forth to the hotel, too. Very nice folks over there.

My driver had his lines gel up on him and these guys have treated my driver amazingly and made sure he was safe, and got his truck to the shop

R&R Diesel Repair Inc has been very helpful to me in many ways. Form shop time, mechanics, drivers, office management and my friend the President have all worked well together to do good works for each other, clients, friends, and associates.

Unbelievable. R&R is the go place for your heavy haul and diesel repair needs. Call them, they will take care of your needs. Needed them on McDonald pass with a brake issue. Jonathan showed up, fixed it and sent me on my way. Call them, they'll take of you.

This diesel shop has the best diesel repair in the state. They can do just about anything when in comes to big equipment. They have a wrecker service with guys that know what to do in sticky situations. I trust R & R Diesel.
