The only reason that I still shop with Macys is because of their furniture department. Manchester location - Macys is beyond fortunate to have Scott on their team. He is my trusted furniture advisor. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and a true courteous gentleman. Each purpose has been smooth sailing and I have been so happy with our recent purchases. Scott has helped me over the years with our sectional purchase, dining room set, bedroom set, mattresses, and now will be helping us with our kitchen and office furniture. I highly recommend working with Scott.

The young ladies at the return center were wonderful. It is not easy to return something from macys market place

They are currently in prom mode so there are a lot of prom dresses but there are very nice dresses and clothing on the discount rack right now. The picture is of one of the dresses on sale. There clothing is if really good quality and is not overly expensive. I would definitely recommend checking them out especially for your prom needs.

I specifically went for shoes but couldn't find what I wanted (I have wide feet). They closed one that was close to our former address and I missed shopping there. Now this one is about 10 minutes from my house, I will be going often. I like this store and the sales.

Doesn't have a lot of merchandise like in the past but still a great place to shop

I ordered a comforter online that was on sale as a special promotion, a daily deal. It was a great price and I picked it up at the store in Manchester, Connecticut.. It was an easy transaction; the item was available within a couple of days for me to pick up and it was a top notch comforter. Definitely recommend any online purchases and they can easily be returned to any Macy's. I find Macy's to be very accommodating, good quality, and good prices.

They shifted a lot of the products around. Mens cologne is with the women's perfume. Men's stuff is upstairs. Kids stuff downstairs. Great service though. Enough workers to have our questions answered and quick and easy to check out and pay for items.
