I've been with state farm for a few years when I bought my car they Switch me to Liberty Mutual.

I called and spoke with Miko regarding transfering my auto insurance due to the purchase of a new vehicle. As usual he was awesome! Extremely helpful. He took care of notifying the dealer with the binder and insurance cards. I appreciate that everyone is always so pleasant and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better insurance agent!

All departments were very pleasant, efficient, did their best to explain and guide me through my claims process making a traumatic experience a bit better. Both claims, and Christine Wagner team, particularly, only because they are who I dealt with mostly, Ann and Nico . They gave me good advice and guidance. I have been with this State Farm office for about 16 years. They are always professional and courteous. When I have questions they they find clear and reasonable answers too. I’ve had no problems with coverage, reimbursement, issues with accidents, adding new drivers, etc. I love the options for payment plans and that the staff has been consistent for years. When you call it doesn’t feel like a big company call center, they are able to answer your issues or get right back to you with the answer. Highly recommend.

I have to say being in the automotive industry I speak to a lot of agents. Rosa by far in my 25 years is the most pleasant. She took my call right away. Emailed when she said she would and was so nice to speak with on the phone. Rosa keep up the great work. The world needs more Rosa's in it.

Niko is a great employee of this division. He is not pressuring about new policies or quotes yet makes them known. His customer service is not adequate...it is exquisite. When I call to make my payments I am very glad to hear his voice and I know that my simple transaction call will be nothing less than professional.

We’ve been happy with our insurance and with the people who’ve helped us here.
Christine went above and beyond for us. When the car needed a jump (at the worst time—we were trying to take our newborn home from the hospital) she called emergency roadside assistance for us. Not only that, she immediately came to us herself to give us a jump before roadside assistance was even there.

Miko alone is a reason for me to continue with this company. He is exceptional at his job.
I'm finding fair pricing at this company and people that are willing to help. They are accessible and prompt. The coverage is better than most for the money

Insurance is not just something you need to have. The quality of the insurance is important. When my wife and I moved here form Michigan, we were very concerned about what insurance was available in Connecticut. Luckily, State Farm was here. Anyone can get an insurance policy, but unless you already know what you need, it is hard to decipher. I could go somewhere else and get a cheaper policy, but I will not have an advocate that can help through tough times. I have been very pleased so far and have been a customer of State Farm for over 20 years. I cannot say enough about the help of this agency through some very difficult times.

Amazing and friendly staff! Always willing to address any concerns or questions, and assist with whatever you need! Never had any issues and easily the best experience I've had with anything insurance related. They're patient and take the time to make sure you completely understand your options as well as any unfamiliar terminology.
