DR. Satti, was professional, comprehensive and treated me like a "human being" not just a number. This was my first visit. I received test results, blood and bone density on the day they were taken. Grateful!

I had my yearly physical with Dr. Satti last month. She never makes me feel rushed and is consistently supportive, caring and knowledgeable at every appointment.

Dr. Satti is an excellent physician. She is not only smart and caring, she is also very very thorough. She spends as much time as you need to go over all of your tests and records, and tunes into you and your concerns as well as documenting your family history. She picks up on the smallest of clues to investigate and then recommend solutions. Her office and staff are also excellent, following up on all of her directives.

This is a class act experience. From the moment you arrive until you check out, the entire staff is friendly, punctual and efficient. Dr Satti takes the time to review your most recent data as it compares to past visits. She’s knows your family history and listens to all you have to say. She provides a calm atmosphere in which the client is really having a meaningful exchange about any medical issues vs just being talked at.

Dr Satti is a great primary care doctor

Dr. Mary Satti is an excellent doctor with attention to my health needs. I would recommend her to my friends. Her office observe all Covid-19 protocols & the waiting time is minimal.

As always, I was taken right in to a patient room. My vitals were taken and my meds checked. Dr. Satti came in within 5 minutes. She gave me my follow-up check and suggested some remedies for a chest cold. I was finished in 20 minutes. Very good overall experience.

Only after 20 years of going to the extraordinary Mary Satti for all medical care do I have a normal blood pressure reading when in her office. White coat syndrome is a real thing. I can work myself up to a full panic attack, complete with passing out, when I have to have a blood test or an inoculation. I immediately became anxious at my last yearly wellness check up when I was told I should have a pneumonia vaccination.

As Lois Spielman, the nurse at Hartford HealthCare in Old Lyme, explained the side effects and possible reactions to the shot, I began to feel nervous. Ms. Spielman talked to me about her son and told me not to be embarrassed by what I know is an odd reaction for a grown woman. As she was talking to me she administered the inoculation and, much to my surprise, I had no idea that she was finished until she applied the band aid.

I felt ridiculous, but I have a suspicion that it was Ms. Spielman’s skill and remarkable bedside manner that put me at ease. I would like to commend her and wish that she could be the only one to give me shots in the future.

Dr. Satti is always prepared for my visit and is thorough. Highly recommend her and her colleagues in Old Lyme.
