Sava has been my Insurance agent since Dec.1998. I always get treated with respect and they get my questions answered quickly and they take care of things quickly. No complaints here. My sister and niece have now followed suit and are customers!

When my insurance carrier was bought out by another company, Sava noticed when the price started trending high, contacted me and asked permission to find me another carrier with better rates. Gosh, you mean I didn't have to threaten to leave in order to get that kind of service? Such a change from my prior company.

Your agency has always been extremely helpful whether it was sending my insurance card to the car dealership for my new car after hours on a Saturday to most recently I completely forgot to make an insurance payment and because it was caught immediately with the help from Sava, payment was made and expedited and insurance reinstated immediately. Diana was such a wonderful help in our search for the best insurance at the best price. She kept working to make sure that we were with the best provider, and answered all of our questions in detail. 2 days before closing, another Insurance company that we had previously refused to take payment at closing and demanded it up front. We had no idea what to do and our Mortgage Lender made emergency calls to SAVA and we were saved! We closed on time and even saved money!!!
