As many others have pointed out, wait times can be problematic. The docs themselves are pretty good, though.

very rude office staff. Call multiple times a week always goes to voicemail and you will never get a call back. Even had the pharmacy try to put in meds for me and they wouldnt even answer their requests. I had to go down there to have 3 women in office stare at me like im the crazy one while the phone is ringing off the hook but no one picks it up. If you can change offices i would. It takes way too long to get anything done there.

I was a patient at this practice for decades even before Piotr and Beata Grabias bought it. It's sad to see how much it has gone downhill over the past few years. In this case, it's entirely the fault of the front desk/office staff.
They're not helpful and seem put out when they have to process you in or out. They never answer the phone when you call, so you are forced to leave a message which they will EVENTUALLY return. They don't seem to be insurance savvy or just don't want to help you when asked about insurance questions or issues. Their tone when talking to you is rude and brisk when you ask anything of them beyond their limited job description.
My insurance changed to Medicare, and I had an appointment, which should have been a "Welcome" appointment covered by Medicare under a certain code. I stopped by the front desk on the way out and mentioned the code to make sure it would be used. I was simply told by Myra, "The doctor knows what she's doing." A few weeks later, I received a bill for $220.00 for a physical instead of the "Welcome" visit. Yep! She really knows what she's doing... Thanks, Myra.
I recently had a health issue and called to talk to the doctor, but she wasn't available, so I asked to talk to him (whom I had seen for many, many years!)... no go. I was told by the front desk that if it was an emergency, go to the emergency room.
Having had enough, I finally decided to change my PCP after my last visit and found a new PCP. I asked for copies of my medical records for my new provider and upcoming appointment for the health issue I was still experiencing. They charged me almost $40 for my medical records, and so far, the medical records have not turned up at my new doctors office weeks later.
As for the doctors... When faced with a diabetes diagnosis, I asked for a good diet to help control my blood sugar. I was simply told to "Look it up online." He couldn't even be bothered pointing me in the right direction. There were other issues over the years, but that visit was when I realized the quality of care was no longer there.
Do yourself a favor, find an office with a great front desk staff, ones that actually answer the phones, and acknowledge you when you enter the office instead of letting you stand at the window for a few minutes when you walk in to register. Maybe even help you with insurance issues.
From front to back, it's obvious they just don't care! You can do better than The Grabias Medical Group.
Update:
2 months after paying for my files to be copied and sent to my new PCPs office, they are still MIA. Myra called a month after my request for my files and asked if I was leaving the practice...clueless!
Update:
3 months later, only 21 pages of the 186 (they said they copied and sent) were received by my new office. I was charged almost $40.00 and told it took them over an hour to copy all my records. I called, and in typical front desk fashion, no one answered the phone. I once again requested ALL 186 files be sent immediately, or if that is too much trouble or work for them, I'd like a refund.
The struggle is real!!!
Update:
Mid Sept, and the files have still not been received. Two weeks ago, I called their office and was reassured that the files would (once again) be copied and sent to my new PCPs office. Guess what? You guessed it... nothing! Called again today to follow up and see what their problem seems to be. Had to leave a message (of course) and even offered to come down and pick them up myself and take them to the new doctors office. As of yet, there is no return phone call...
Final update:
After months of getting the runaround, I left a message that I was going to file a complaint with the Medical Board, and as if by magic, my medical records suddenly appeared at my new PCPs office.
Case closed, and it only took 5 months!

Office staff cold, lazy and and doesn't acknowledge me.
1pm phone goes to voice mail. 3pm voice mail is full. 4:30 voice mail still fill. What doctor's office doesn't answer the phone during business hours?

It is now 2023 and the very same experience has been going on. Put on hold and never get back to you. Wondering if the doctors are aware of the poor office communication and skills. Dr’s are fine, if you can ever get to talk to one.

They never answered the phone. My mom is dying and I can’t get the office to order Hospice. Took 3 days and several calls. My mothers pharmacy needed to question a med that was ordered and would not dispense the med until they talked to Grabias. She never called my mom went without the needed med. I took a FMLA to care for my mom. They never filled out the paperwork for my leave! So my leave was denied. My mom died before they could get the paperwork done. The staff is horrible and uncaring. I would not send my dog there. It was a horrible experience to deal with this office. They just don’t care!!!

Staff (Melissa) was clearly/loudly, belittling a patient on phone & cont to demean her by name, in derogatory terms to staff afterwards! Even had negative comment re another patient (again, by their name!) that was on phone w other staff!

Inexcusable. Hello Hippa, meet Melissa.

On a positive note, once past the hostile and/or dismissive attitude from front office (or telephone) the DRs Grabias and PA Natalia are kind, knowledgeable and compassionate!!
Drain the Swamp.
