My mom had him, he delivered me and my sisters. Glad he’s my doctor now. Only thing that sucks is he don’t deliver baby’s anymore. Besides that he’s amazing and always makes me comfortable compared to my first obgyn doctor! Thank you Doctor McKnight :)

I've been with Dr. McKnight since 2000 when I was 19 years old. Being military, we'll leave the area for a couple of years, then come back, and I always go right back to him. He delivered my one and only child in 2008 and was fantastic. He's extremely knowledgable, yet will listen to any concerns you have. He never tries to steamroll me...if I'm having an issue or concern, we work together to find a solution I'm comfortable with. He is an old school doctor who doesn't sugar-coat things, though, so if you're sensitive about being told things you don't want to hear (like lose weight if you're overweight, or change unhealthy life habits), then you're going to want to go somewhere else that caters to princesses. Of all the OBG's I've had over the years in various states, Doc McKnight is my absolute favorite, and I'm so thankful that's he's still practicing.

I am 33 yrs old and have FIVE children. In my many years of seeing GYN's and OBGYN's, I have had my share of physicians , great and not so great. Dr. McKnight is more than just "great". From day one, Dr. McKnight and his staff has treated me with the upmost respect and the best care.
I have undergone two surgeries so far with him and both have been successful and above my expectations.
I want to take the time to recognize him and his staff for always making me feel welcome, at ease, & like family. It's rare to find an MD that does not generalize but that truly cares about what is the best approach for your particular needs. Dr. McKnight is the BEST and I recommend him and his office to anyone seeking a GYN. Thank you so much Dr. McKnight for everything you have done for me and my health and see you guys soon!!

Best doctor. He delivered my last two girls. Very compassionate. And extremely smart. I always know I'm in good hands when I go to see him. Hope he never retires.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Mcknight for more than 25 years . He is one of the best MDs of this area.He is very compassionate and professional. A real doctor who spends time with his patients ,listens to us and treats our needs.

Best In the area! Always answers questions thoroughly, sometimes a little bit of a wait but that's only because he doesn't ever rush his patients. Wonderful doctor!

May 10 2021 I had an IUD change and was extremely adamant about wanting the same IUD I had been on since I had no issues with it and it was low hormone. McKnight practically gaslighted me into getting a different one that had a lot more hormones in it. I’ve had an IUD placed before and the pain I felt when he was replacing mine was NOT normal. I missed work for a week because of the cramps it caused. I was fine the first month but a couple months later my libido was at 0, I was completely depressed, I got my first ovarian cyst which needed surgery, and my periods that I never had pain with would literally have me on the ground in a ball crying and considering going to the ER. I had a second visit begging him to replace it with my original IUD because I needed less hormones and his solution was to add birth control pills on top of it bc he was only concerned about the pain and not my depression or mood swings. Obviously more hormones made the problem even worse and finally after an angry visit he decided to order my specific IUD but at that point I lost trust. So I went to a different location where they put me on an IUD with the lowest hormones. I had 0 pain just some discomfort during that placement and two months later my libido is back and I’m no longer depressed. He’s unprofessional and caused a great deal of issues with my health and didn’t care about it. He only cared about making money and not losing it by ordering the Kyleena but In that process he cost me a year of being happy and a year of painful cramping when he easily could have either ordered them or sent me to another location that did carry them.

I left without even starting my appointment. The office walls are paper thin. If you want everyone in the waiting room to hear what you’re talking about, go to this office.
Between the t-shirt-wearing admin, the loud laughter, radio on and hearing the doctor discuss someone’s cervix while they’re in the middle of an appointment despite the door being closed - all I can say is the whole place is a mess.

I would like to state that my wife used this office and left not feeling comfortable to using another OBGYN after the visit that she had with Dr. Craig E. Mcknight and his assistance at the time. She explained that Dr McKnight was making comments that he should not have been as well adding unnecessary hand movements as well. My wife is still having flash backs from this experience. We have reported this office to the state of CT for how his practices were on the day he saw my wife.
