The food is always prepared pretty quickly and delicious 😋 the chicken teriyaki with vegetables and fried rice with extra sauce is so good and more than enough for two meals. I always like to grab the strawberry Mango lemonade as well, usually end up taking it home or to work

The atmosphere isn't their fault, Its the mall and i hate it in there. The food is always fast and the service is usually very polite but efficient.

Always enjoy my meal here as it is prepared fresh and never disappoints. Order double meat on the chicken teriyaki and it is easily shared by two (hint- when they offer extra sauce say yes). The one criticism is that their refill policy on soft drinks has been inconsistent. I am never denied a refill for $.50, but my ex-wife and son have both been denied. Other than that, love, love, love the food.

I enjoyed seeing them cook the food right in the front of me, and hearing the sizzling. Teriyaki flavored chicken/beef/shrimp taste pretty good. Much better than average food court, but also extremely cheaper compare with a dine-in place. Don’t expect too much personalized options. If you don’t know what to order, try bento box(come with a little bit of everything).

My wife and I were ECSTATIC to find a Sarku here. We used to eat at one in El Paso, Texas, and never thought we'd see it again. LOVE this place, 10x better than the 15 "different" chinese food deliveries in Groton area. Never disappointed here. Oh, AND this location happens to serve sushi too!? Awesome. 👌🏼

Shopping at the mall, then you don't want to pass this place up. Everything is freshly prepared. Hot off the grill's when served to you and oh my gosh, so much flavor.

If you like Japanese quizeen, try Sarku in the Chrystal Mall. Ask for extra sauce!!! For what you get, pricing is very nice.

Best Asian takeout I have had in my life, the chicken teriyaki with extra chicken is my go to but the bento box is another amazing choice

Very good teriyaki shrimp and chicken meal; not too sweet. Fried rice excellent. Roll spring super-exceed excellence. I highly recommend this place.

I work at the mall and I go there everytime I’m hungry🤗❤ I always get chicken Teriyaki & fried rice or white rice. Next time when I can I’m gonna try sushi from there since I never had sushi in my life.

I really like it here and take my parents out sometimes to eat here! They cook right in front of you and make the best chicken and noodles I've had before.

You just can't go wrong with yummy yummy chicken!!! Get double meat and go fried rice, can't go wrong. Not a fan of the vegetables from a big bag, but to each their own right?

Good quality for the price, used to do buy one get one 3.99, hope they bring that back soon. Great sushi for food court👍🏻

Chicken teriyaki with fried rice. It is my guilty pleasure. Remember to bring your stamp card, buying 5 gets you a free one, the cards expire about every six months though.

If you aren't getting fried rice and double meat, you're missing out. Make sure you ask for extra yummy yummy sauce... Can't go wrong!!!

Try the bento boxes. A real good helping of meat and rice served with fried gyoza, a seaweed salad, 4 california roll pieces, and pickled ginger. Served in a nice disposable bento box.
