The service is very nice but they take a very long time. Not unusual for a post office but waiting in line takes forever. Decent sized parking lot so there’s plenty of signs for trucks and sedans. Very clean and well-kept.

The P.O. Employees behind the counter are very friendly and efficient. They generally can quickly locate packages behind the counter that wouldn’t fit in a customer’s delivery box. I’ve seen very few mailed items put in my mailbox by mistake. :)

Conveniently located "on the Gulch." Short lines, easy parking, and a great staff, make this branch much faster than the main post office. Fast is good.......Tip - preprint a label online or via the app, skip the lines and drop your package off. Wayyyy Faster.

The people behind the counter were very kind and knowledgeable. They do seem to care.

Good parking in most cases. During busy times of the day expect no parking and long lines but I haven't experienced that in a while here.

Dave is a great guy, very helpful. Previously he has gone out of his way to be a great help.

The homeless couple , camping in the covered entrance were very helpful by giving me directions to the post office where I could get the envelopes I need to send for quick delivery. Without their help I would have had to camp there myself

Went at lunch time and only had one worker and several people in line. Additionally, the only worker was engaging in small talk with all the customers. I get it, he is providing good customer service but when multiple people are waiting and you are the only one working that is not a good time to have a conversation about breweries.

I'm not sure if it is this office in general, but they really need to up there game when it comes to delivering packages, I had a box left under a camper in the rain... like really how is that even remotely professional??

If you have the option to use another carrier do so. They lost my pharmacy delivery which is a while ordeal to get replaced. Then they left a tag saying something wouldn't fit in the mailbox with options to have it left outside my door or to pick it up myself. I filled it out to have it left on my porch and they refused and returned the package to the sender.

Great service and friendly staff however somewhere in between here and shipping to Texas $1000 in vehicle parts they have lost my package and it’s gone to some recovery facility which it’s been months and nothing has turned up. It’s been a nightmare with no success getting them to pay or even refund me the 50 dollars it cost to ship. There’s a reason USPS is cheaper than ups and fedex, they aren’t reliable, lose packages, and never deliver on time.
