New Nail City Spa

It took me until 31-years-old to find a place that I liked enough to make it my regular place. Nail City is it! Easy scheduling, tons of options, reasonable prices.

I visited Nail City when I was in town for a weekend and it was amazing. No where around me (in MA) allows online reservations which this place does. I got there early for a gel pedicure and they sat me right away. The attention to detail was amazing. Seems like every service includes a massage at the end which was wonderful. Overall an awesome experience and will definitely be back next time I’m in town

Quite possibly the best simple, classic manicure I have ever received. Matching pedicure was also perfect. The staff are friendly, thorough & skilled. The salon is very clean and inviting. My new go to spot for nails!

I last got my nails done in Los Angeles and they did gel x. This salon didn’t seem to know what gel x was. It took them awhile to remove my gel x. Afterwards Hank helped me pick out a color. He was super nice & laughed at me a lot because there was a language barrier and I didn’t quite understand what he was saying. Hank was very thorough when doing my nails. I got gel on my natural nail. When my manicure was done Hank gave me a great 5 minute massage. My gel manicure was only $30, the best part was you can tip on the card, you don’t have to go to an ATM to take out cash. The salon offers parking right out front. Overall I’d say the cleanliness of the salon was a 9/10.

This nail salon does great work. I've never been disappointed. I wear mine squared off. Not a lot of salons do that shape justice. They work with precision, and the price is very competitive.

Had my nails done for the first time here today. I had a lovely blue color done in gel polish. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience, the staff were nice and friendly even though I was at a loss as to where my hands should be going. I'm definitely going to come back and experiment with new styles and colors! I recommend them for anyone looking to get a manicure in East Lyme. :)

I would absolutely recommend this place. I was on the road traveling for work and went in after reading the reviews, best gel manicure I’ve had in a VERY long time! 10/10

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this place. As I was picking out my color I was offered a water. Everyone is so nice and pleasant! The foot massage for my pedicure was the perfect amount of pressure but gentle. I last minute changed my mind from a gel manicure to a gel Uv full set (I think that’s what it was called) and they were 100% okay with it. The back massage at the end was absolutely perfect. Most DEFINITELY will be returning.

During this epidemic period, the shop owner and staff will work together to give customers the safest and cleanest environment and the best service. Free drinks and water are welcome. My nail tech did an amazing job! He really took his time on the design I wanted and redid it quite a few times for what he thought was perfection, and me too! He even changed my nail shape to be exactly what I've been asking other salons to do.

It is a plain salon interior-wise, but they have ALL the extra things for nail designs that I have been searching for! Most salons I have tried say "we can't do that", Nail City did not hesitate, they appointed me the nail design guru, told me it would be 80% perfection to my requested photo, and, well-- my photo says a thousand words.

The shoulder massage he gave me afterwards was one for the books as well :)
They definitely won a repeat customer, even though I live 35 minutes away, IT'S WORTH IT

My first time was a good time. I got a pedicure and they took their time and they give you a nice leg massage. I will be going back and I do recommend

Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. Prices are more than fair. Clean. I had mani pedi for my daughter pedi and acrylic for my self as well as waxing. Everything was excellent. Try booking early. They close at 730 and I didn't realize how late it was going to get..went for my 630 and left at 930. They were very nice.

Great experience, relaxing, and they have A LOT of color options. I get UV gel and they always turn out nice.

Best place to go for powder dip, in my opinion. So many color choices. Fay gives the best powder dip manicure I’ve ever had.

This is one of my favorite local salons. I've always had a good experience, and the salon is always welcoming and clean.

I had used another nail salon recently. I had the entire set of acrylics pop off in less than a week. I found Nail City because they were the only place open. Boy am I happy I did. The set has stayed on for 2 weeks as of today. Looking forward to going back for a fill. Now that I have found a quality salon. They look great and I get lots of compliments on them.

I have had multiple pedicures done here and they always get me in and out quickly but do such a good job! They take their time and make it so relaxing. I also love the convenience of online booking.

I don't live in the area and I'm here visiting a friend so this was my first time coming here and probably the last since I live in CA 😅 THAT SAID, I wanted to leave this review since I had a very pleasant experience. I got a manicure and pedicure, and the people who work here/ own this place are very professional and kind. They all wear masks (which is important for me personally) and everything is clean. They also gave an awesome neck & shoulder massage while I wait for my nails to dry. Highly recommended!
