Aubuchon Hardware

I ordered online with 'ship to store'. My order came in fast & because I couldn't get there right away, they held it for a week. Service in the store was great. One thing to note, though, is that as of 8/4/23, Google still finds their old address in the Big Y plaza. I'd suggest calling ahead for their new address.

I asked the young man for help finding a couple of articles. He immediately brought me to the items I requested and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Totally pleasant experience.

Had to return a bag of concrete, the associate was very helpful. They went above and beyond.

The clerks working there are always helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have never gone in there without being greeted with a smile and asked if I need assistance. They even can identify what I need and even produce it. They are fantastic!

Great young man named Mike helped me in the paint dept. Very polite and reacts pleasantly with customers. He made my experience very delightful.

I'm new in town and I needed to find some special hardware bolts for my round dining table Marchella, the 12 factory hardware bolts and parts got lost but I stopped and found the hardware parts (not the originals) but were able to fit the length and size of the original bolts that I needed. It save me an argument and explanation with my wife, saved my a research online, possible Amazon or Specialty hardware store order or a long drive to Enfield or Manchester's bigger stores. Thanks Aubuchon for being so close, so local and so thoughtful with what We, the Costumers need.

One bag with obvious open was told return bag no problem at all.

I had a great experience on my first visit. I was there for propane for my grill. The cashier was very professional and Nick the one who filled my tanks was great. Had a little issue with a coupon not applying to the sale but Nick jumped right on it and helped resolve it with his manager. Definitely will be back. Nice to see people that actually care and treat customers right.

Aubuchon Hardware is the epitome of small town hardware store. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. They are always willing to go above and beyond. They strive to have quality products on hand, and prices are comparable

We had a duplicate key made and the store clerk was very efficient and the new key works fine. Good job!

Customer Service was great, they had what I needed and I was in and out very fast. Always love going to Aubuchon even if just to look.

First time in the store. Very impressed with quality and quantity of products for sale. Store personnel were helpful and kind willingness to help with anything. Will be making this store my go to place. Easier to get in and out vs the big box home improvement stores.

I do not know how this got on my review list, it is a mistake and I have never even been there!! I happened to look at my reviews from an email and was astounded as to how it got there. I hope this can be changed or delete, I am going to leave a 5 star before I do not understand how it says 1 star with no explanation.

Needed a key cut...not listed in the book...Mike checked key blanks and found one that was close...it worked perfectly !!

The store has been in the past somewhat disarranged. New Years eve I entered the store and found everyone on point and helpful. Also people cleaning and organizing bins and floor plan. It appeared to me that the store was being reorganized , disorganization of bins has been a problem in the past.
When asked , a attendant said some changes in policy and organization have been made for 2021.
Good job, Thank you for fixing a problem before it got too big to fix.
Four stars for now as it is a work in progress.
