Very trustworthy team here. Brought my old car here, it wasn’t a great car and they let me know what was in my best interest.
Purchased a new car as soon as I could, and brought in to them, kind and honest as always!!
I like the feature of getting pictures of what needs to be done on my car with descriptions too. Cant thank them enough for their hard work!

They installed four tires for a reasonable price. Quick to schedule an appointment and perfectly on time. Recommended!

The people here are awesome! So honest and knowledgeable. My car needed extensive work and tlc, but instead of telling me all the bad news first they asked me what my intentions were with the car so they could gage how important it would be to fix/to what extent. They gave me options to do the work at once or piece it together. Not once did I feel like I didn’t know what was going on. They explained what they were replacing and why and just in a friendly way. Just an absolute amazing experience.

The technicians and staff at Tri town are incredible. They are super honest and helpful. They found a problem when my tires got put on and advised me to reach out to the dealer since it should be under warranty instead of selling me the service. They have me as a customer for life.

I feel like people won’t read a review if it’s too long so I’ll make this short and sweet! I will never bring my car anywhere else again!! Matt Chris and Phil are amazing at what they do AND they are so personable! I actually had a good time while I was in there and got a very fair price that I was pleasantly surprised by. I use to go to this shop before it was under new management, I stopped in to have some work done on my undercarriage, and let me tell you Phill is a genuine and honest man. Not to mention the price for the work was amazing. I would recommend the shop to anybody. Phill and his team are five stars for sure.

My dad has been a customer of Tri Towne since we moved to CT in the 90s. Tri Towne always took good care of our family and cars. The owners and staff changed have but the spirit, integrity, and quality stayed the same. Brad, Rick, Chris and Matt are great mechanics and good people.

When I was 21 my dad moved out of state. My dad asked Tri Towne to take good care of me and my car while he was gone. I can say they have helped me more than they know. Time and time again they've fixed my old beater, stopped me from driving deathtraps, and given me sound advice when purchasing used cars. They were always there for me.

I have since moved out of state but recently came back to visit in Fall 2022. I ended up having car trouble when I was visiting and they took us in last minute. They helped us diagnose the issue, find an "out of stock" part, and fix the problem so we could get home in time.

I'm so grateful for these guys. Thank you. This review is 29 years overdue.

Tri town saved me again today! Came in with a flat tire, they went above and beyond to fix it right away, and helped me try and get my warranty to pay for it. We have used Tri town for over 10 years, and would never go anywhere else! Professional, helpful, and fast!

Tri-Towne Lube & Repair is everything you'd want in a repair shop: trustworthy, good at communication, thorough, respectful, and reasonable! My family has been going to this repair shop for years and I was reminded why today. I had an issue with my engine coming home from work on Friday (which scared me greatly!) and they even picked up the phone at the end of the day to give me sound advice (whereas other places put me straight to voicemail) that day. I scheduled my car to be towed to them over the weekend and they diagnosed and fixed my car quickly and for a decent price today! I'm very pleased with the service provided by Matt, Chris, and the rest of their team! Thank you!

Was tired of the poor-quality service / excuses from dealership & discount oil change operators, got the major service light, asked around and a friend recommended; Tri-town, they took care of my baby as if they owned it, kept me informed and the car runs better than ever.

I travel and my vehicle is vitally important to me.
I don’t shop at Walmart if I can avoid it, and I try not to go to big-chain service shops either. And both of those are for the same reason: You aren’t a person at a place like that. I will always try to find something smaller, something personal, a place that the locals trust. When I asked around, Tri-Town Repair came recommended. I checked them out online too, and found a good reputation. So I called them. It was worth it.

From consulting with them on the phone, and then visiting them in person, the guys here are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. When they found a problem, they took the time to come out and show me what the problem was, to talk about it. They took their time and did the job right. The big-chain shop will just try to get rid of you as soon as possible. Not so here. This is better. This is the kind of place I can trust my Millennium Falcon to. I felt like my vehicle was treated like one of their own.

Was it expensive? What can I say? Car repairs are expensive. I don’t disagree with paying people for their expertise and experience. (And it was just that expertise and experience that I was looking for.) Was it fair? I have no reason to doubt it. They didn’t promise anything that they couldn’t deliver. I wasn’t pawed-at with an upsell or pushed into any work that didn’t need to be done. I like that.

Let’s say this: I don’t ever want to have vehicle troubles, and I hope I never have to see them again. Know what I mean? …But if I’m in the area and I DO need work done, I will definitely call this place again. It’s now my first option in this region.

Chris is so great! He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re out the shop with a safe vehicle. Very friendly guy with some occasional jokes. 10/10 would recommend.
