A++ Excellent Service from the initial call to Chris for the appointment to Sue’s courteous front end service. Stu and his staff we’re awesome at getting all my brakes done, lights, rotors and a stuck caliper. They had me out the door for my appointment on time and the bill was substantially less than I expected. It’s really nice to have a place to go that you can trust.

These guys are great! Always do great work at a very fair price. I had an issue with my catalytic converter cover (older vehicle) and they repaired it at no cost. Let me tell you, my first visit to Meineke Car Care Center was a genuine breath of fresh air. Forget the grumpy mechanics and greasy waiting rooms of yore - this place had a whole new vibe.

Right from the start, the manager set the tone. Friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about cars, they walked me through my concerns with ease. They weren't pushy or trying to upsell, just genuinely interested in getting my car back in tip-top shape. The whole experience was prompt and efficient, and I never felt like I was being kept in the dark about anything.

The service itself was top-notch. My car purrs like a kitten again, and it feels like a weight has been lifted knowing everything is running smoothly. They even finished the job ahead of schedule, which was a major bonus in my book.

Honestly, I can't remember the last time I enjoyed taking my car to a mechanic. That says a lot about Meineke. I have been going to the Vernon Meineke for years, and Chris, the service Manager, always comes through fixing what I need done and the don't try to 'upsell' me. Sue is also a big help with getting things done. They are always friendly there as well. I will continue going to them for repairs I need.

I must say the manager you have it your meineke as customer service skills that go far beyond what one would expect at meineke. When I first arrived I saw him heading right for the office and he was in the lobby before I was so he could greet me and find out what I needed. I thought this was just a one-off thing until I saw him do this to every single customer that walked in. The manager even took the time to come out during my oil change to let me know that there was some other issues with my vehicle and brought them to my attention. I was going to have these things done at another place that I've always gone to but I do believe at this moment I am going to switch over to meineke and let them do the repairs on my car that he brought to my attention on my last visit. Not only is your customer service skills incredibly proficient, the entire place was extremely clean as well as your bathrooms. I'm compelled to tell you that I find myself with no suggestions on how to make this place better. It is my belief that you've achieved that already. Extend my gratitude to your manager as he has made me a continuous customer of meineke of Vernon. To those of you who are looking for a good place to have your car repaired with honest prices and most of all an honest diagnosis, you should go to meineke of Vernon Connecticut. I was able to schedule a Saturday morning appointment the day before, after I heard grinding on my rear brakes. The front brakes had already been replaced by myself and they found one pad clip on the front that had an issue and fixed it. I am happy they were able to get me in so quickly, as that vehicle is my only means of transportation.
