Dr. Jay is an exceptional dentist. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Jay, I look forward to going to see her. She is extremely patient, compassionate, and competent. She takes the time to explain everything to me without being condescending. She placed a ceramic implant and did such a beautiful job. I can't even tell that it's an implant because she matched the color of the crown to my natural teeth so well. Additionally, her staff are wonderful, patient, and very helpful. Lisa and Vanessa work at the front desk and are always happy to help and answer all of my billing questions. Wonderful dentist and a wonderful team. I highly recommend Dr. Jay.

Dr. Jay is an AMAZING dentist! I had a twice infected root canal from a "conventional" orthodontist and could not feel that I had an infection. After over a year of searching seemingly unrelated "symptoms," I finally figured out it was my tooth! At that point, I lost all trust in "conventional" dentists and "conventional" Orthodontists, especially knowing that their remedy would be a Titanium implant. I searched for a Holistic Dentist and I THANKFULLY found Dr. Jay. After my initial contact and sensing my stress after suffering for so long, she and her team jumped to schedule me immediately. Dr. Jay is exceptionally smart which was apparent just by listening to her speak. She masterfully removed the infected tooth and placed the ceramic implant in the very same day. The is also very empathetic and was very supportive throughout the healing process, assuring me that the implant was going to be a success. Since the upper jaw does take longer to heal, after 5 months, I am HEALED!!!! I cannot thank her and her staff enough! Additionally, I am going to have her do the last tooth I need crowned as well as remove and redo an old crown bonded with metal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR JAY. Even though I live 45 minutes away from her office, she is worth every mile. If I could have her not just as my dentist but also my general doctor I WOULD IN A HEARTHBEAT!

Dr Jay has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Very pleased with each visit I’ve had as she takes the time to answer any questions I have and makes me feel comfortable, we are lucky to have her as our dentist! The staff at the front desk and all other staff are very accommodating. Would highly recommend her to all!

Dr. Jay is an awesome dentist. I travel 1.5 hours to her office since I feel she cares not just about your teeth but about you as a person. She has all the latest gadgets and has more like a holistic approach to health. My whole family goes to her and I highly recommend her. The staff are very friendly and always cheerful.

I have received excellent care at Dr. Jay's dental office. My hygienist there did such a thorough job cleaning my teeth, much better than other places I have been to. She even looked at a sample of my mouth bacteria under a microscope. I also had three small composite fillings replaced by Dr. Jay, and it was the best drilling/filling experience I have ever had. She took much more time and care with each tooth, which resulted in a super fast, minimal bite correction. I had gone into the appointment feeling pretty anxious, but Dr. Jay helped me feel calm and that I was in good hands - and I was! I highly recommend her practice.

After years of undiagnosed dental pain with a certain tooth, a friend recommended Dr. Jay to me. Dr. Jay is a high quality dentist and has the latest technology in her office to create same day crowns, which ended up being the answer I needed to resolve my dental issue. She takes the time with me, and makes sure I leave comfortable because she understands I travel an hour from Massachusetts to visit her. She is well worth the trip. I highly recommend her office for all of your dental needs.

Dr. Jay has been my dentist for several years. I love her! She's very knowledgeable and can handle advanced procedures right in her office. She did a crown for me a couple of years ago and has all the tools needed on site, eliminating the need for an extra appointment. The staff is always kind and on time. I've started bringing my two-year old for visits and the kid's play area is just what he needed to give his vote of approval. 👌😄

I came to Dr. Jay after many years of not seeing a dentist, and she gave me my dental health back without an ounce of question or judgment. I would recommend this office to anyone – but especially for those who have nerves about going to see a dentist. Always had a good experience with all mine/ the family visits. Dr. Jay is very thorough. takes her time, is diligent and have provided excellent care. The staff is very professional and courteous, accommodating, explains you the cost of care and answers your insurance queries patiently. The hygienist is very thorough too. I felt there was no extra product or services that was pushed, the care/explanations were to your needs and to the point.

Five Star Experience! Dr. Jay and her team do a great job caring for the whole person. The staff is very welcoming for all ages and I appreciate the explanations and options they provide during the procedures. They have high tech imaging devices, so no more nasty dental castings, and they have an onsite milling machine to make your crown on the same visit. I was very satisfied with her holistic practice. Dr. Jay provides a very high quality of service at reasonable prices. Her staff members are professional and friendly and always helpful. I travel approx. 45 minutes one way as I do not feel that anyone closer to where I live can meet the level of service at the prices she offers. That and she is holistic in her approach which is exactly what I was looking for in a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Jay Family Dental.

Dr Jay is awesome, her staff are friendly and welcoming, my whole family goes to her and we always have a pleasant experience. I never personally liked going to a dentist and always post-phoned a visit to dentist unless can't avoid it. But with Dr Jay, planning to go for regular dental check up.

Dr. Jay is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen! My husband and I have been patients for the past 2 months and the service has been excellent! Recently, I had severe tooth pain so I called the office and Dr. Jay examined me and offered to extract my tooth same day! She was so empathetic to my pain. Also, my husband has a strong gag reflex and Dr. Jay and her staff were able to take x-rays of his teeth without a problem! Before we saw Dr. Jay, my husband and I knew we needed extensive dental work done and were worried about the cost. Dr. Jay was honest with her recommendations and listed all necessary procedures by priority which gave us the peace of mind that she was NOT just trying to take our money. Dr. Jay uses state of the art technology, provides thorough examinations, and has a great sense of humor!
