Dr.Cole has a broad knowledge base and excellent bedside manner and is altogether pleasant. He’s interested in his patient’s whole picture (of life) which is so important because a person’s health has so many variables. He’s just an absolute gift.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cole since I moved to Austin 8 years ago and only have ever had amazing things to say about him. He’s very personable and truly gets to know his patients and their needs. I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician!

ARC has locations in the greater Austin area with weekend and evening hours. Preferred over doctors who don’t work weekends, have one office, and long waits for appointments. ARC and Quest do tests in the same location with fast results. MyChart and patient communications are efficient and user friendly. Costs are reasonable. Multiple insurance lines are honored.

Dr. Cole at ARC-Westlake is the best! Started seeing him at the S. 1st ARC for a long time but when he said he was moving to ARC-Westlake, I said them I'm going too. When you find a Doctor like him, you stick with him.

Dr Cole has been my primary for over 10 years and for good reason. He is always very thorough, professional, and efficient. I’ve rarely had to wait much longer past my scheduled appointment. The support staff is great, very courteous and quick. The Westlake office itself is easy to get to with ample parking.

I very much appreciated him. He did not push antibiotics which seems to be the norm. He listened to my symptoms, and helped me accordingly. The front desk staff were super sweet, and the nurse that came in before the doctor was very attentive. I will return to this location, this has been one of my better ARC visits overall.
