I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. That alone was refreshing. So many businesses do not acknowledge me when I enter their store or restaurants. Also, the associate was extremely helpful and friendly. The store is extremely clean and organized.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They ensure everything is exactly the way i need it before I leave.

Hunter greeted me as soon as I walked in the Lima, OH store. He directed me where I needed to get copies made. I purchased other items and he was the cashier. He was always smiling and very helpful!! Thank you very much Hunter!!!

While the supply chain may not permit this store to offer everything all the time, the employees are helpful to offer alternatives and even willing to look online to see if it's possible to have things shipped directly to me. They do much with what is given to them and I hope this store will continue to offer customer service like I am accustomed to receive here. I am a repeat customer.
