Incredibly talented group of people at the Vic Shop. I got an awful Dyno tune at a Victory Dealer and brought it to them, they made it exactly how I wanted it and no more pinging! Installed my performance parts and took great care of my bike. They make every customer their priority. Beautiful showroom, too!

Unfortunately, a year after that I was rear ended by a driver and all the hard work they put in was a total loss. Not only did they let me tow it to the shop, they inspected it and let me keep it there until I got insurance sorted out. Rylan answered my phone calls promptly, we talked about what my next bike purchase should be, and I know the only place I will take it will be the Vic Shop. Thank you Rylan, Gabe, and Nic this past month!

Long review - still a great place, but consider what isn’t advertised. I was bringing in a bike from Fort Worth, TX, a 13 hour haul one way. Unfortunately I got a late start and wasn’t going to get there by closing to drop the bike off. Called Rylan a couple hours ahead of time and was met with ‘Just come by, we’ll be here.’ Sure enough, showed up at 4:55 and they were more than happy to get me checked in and put my bike in the shop for the night. During all of the service, the shop and technicians were open to you walking around, asking questions and just being generally nosy. I left with a completely different bike, an appreciation for the smoking talents of the guys (yes, they welcomed me and two others to some food they were smoking) and no regrets about the 28 (in total) hours I spent on the road. Guys, thank you, seriously. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a shop.

super dedicated to victory motorcycles. a great wealth of knowledge on a very unique American brand that was too short lived.

This guy literally saved my summer. Rebuilt my fuel pump at half the price I thought it was going to cost and worked perfect the first time. Faster than my local shop and I live on the other side of the country from him.. not only did he do that for me he turned around and made a video specifically for my bike and taught me how to put it back together!! all before I got the part back. 100% recommend all day everyday.!!

Shipped in my fuel pump to be rebuilt and Rylan had that turned around so quick it made my head spin. Had it back on my doorstep in less than a week. Pump works great and I only missed a week of riding. If you need a pump rebuilt send it to him. I’ll only be using him for my service from now on.

Rylan did an excellent job rebuilding my fuel pump from a 2002 Victory V92TC. I live in Oklahoma and literally had it back in my hands a week after sending it to him. Pump looks great, was abke to get all of the o rings and hardware for reinstallation, and I was only down a week. Thanks again Rylan for everything and you definitely have a other fan here.

The service here was amazing. They were able to get me in quick and called to verify the appointment on the day of. I got there and they pulled my bike in and allowed me to go into the shop and watch as they torn my bike down. They explained what they were doing, my options and cost before going forward. They took time to explain potential future options and ways to maximize my bikes performance. Recommend to everyone with a Victory. I don't think I'll trust anyone else to work on my bike.

Rylan is the man when it comes to victory and indian. I rode from denver, had cams, a tune, rear suspension, a new kickstand installed. And during the work he found I had a bad rotor on the rear brake. All swapped and replaced and I was back on the road by that afternoon. Make an appointment and be patient.

Came up from Atlanta to get a set of modified Cam Carriers. Was in and out in 30 mins. Also bought some hoodies and a Tshirt while we were there. Rylan has a very nice shop and good customer service! Will be my go to for anything Victory related in the future!

Called their shop today with general questions regarding my fathers 04 V92TC. Friendly expert staff pointed me quickly in the right direction pointing out specific youtube videos for DIY to figure out the issue. Super impressed. Glad to have someone to call when Polaris no longer makes Victory Motorcycles. Makes the experience far less stressful trying to restore a family heirloom. Thanks guys!

After having the dealer install the stage 2 cams in my Indian Roadmaster, the performance was improved, however I thought it could be better. I could not find anybody in the Wichita area that would Dyno the bike so I loaded the bike in my trailer and made the 6+ hour drive. I couldn't be more happy that I made the trip. Rylan and Ryan were fantastic to deal with. We spent several minutes discussing all of the other hardware options I had before tuning the bike. Good old fashion customer service and support. These guys really know what they are doing and if I ever decide to make more performance changes these guys will definitely get my business!!

Rylan, Gabe and Nick provided exceptional and quality service to my XC today! Not only did they perform an amazing upgrade but found things that needed to be corrected and showed me and explained why. I was able to observe the work being done and really get to know the inner workings of my bike. Gabe spent a good deal giving me a lot of insight to preventative maintenance, what and what not to use, and just overall chatting about Victory motorcycles. If you love your Victory and want the best work to be done to it, I highly recommend you go to The Vic Shop.

I love these guys!! Performance upgrades are their specialty. Ryland and Ryan truly make the experience a pleasant one. Brought my 07 Jackpot from Denver just to have them do all the work needed.. Fantastic job done on it!!!

What a great bunch of guys at the shop, first class people and shop. Rylan and the guys helped me through a tough patch being without my bike. Long story very short, had a couple of straps break on the bike during transport, so i went from dyno and bars to having some repair work done. Rylan helped me through it all. Then had a little more Brad luck and had to get the gear shaft repaired, so we did a little engine work while it was a part. Got it back and man what a difference. Great guys, great shop and can't wait to spend some more money with them.

If you own a Victory and have questions or mechanical needs of any type, do yourself a huge favor and give The Vic Shop a call! My experience with The Vic Shop was top-notch all of the way. They are nothing like the service department at a typical Victory dealer. Meaning these people actually know Victory bikes and take the utmost care of their customers. For a relatively new company they truly have old school customer service, which is a rare find in this day and age. No excuses can be found at The Vic Shop, only solutions and results.
