Being a first time home buyer amidst an absolutely crazy and rapidly evolving housing market, I was overwhelmed! Lisa took the time to learn about me, my life situation, and what I was searching for. She understood what the enormity of buying a home meant for me, and walked me through all of the details in the process. Working with Lisa feels like working with a close friend: she will have your back, be honest with you, and loves to celebrate when you finally find The One! 🏡 Lisa was integral to this major milestone in my life, and I’ll always be grateful!

Lisa Anderson was very patient with us as we waited for the right condo in the right location becoming available. She is a very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring realtor. We just turned everything over to her and are now sitting in our beautiful condo. She also handled selling our home of 28 years. We had 12 showings the first two days and accepted one of three offers the third day. Her amazing detail made what could have been very stressful for us much easier.

We sold our home through American Realty with Shari Greenwood as our agent. We interviewed with several agents and felt Shari’s experience, knowledge, and personality were a real bonus. She was always able to answer questions and even did so on a vacation she had taken. The process of selling our home was without any issues and Shari is certainly a big reason why.
