Me and my husband have been with T-Mobile for 6 yrs and our experience at this location was by far the best one out all the stores and reps we’ve dealt with. Kayla the store manager was awesome, super nice and knowledgeable of T-Mobile services unlike another store in Dubuque. We also had the pleasure of interacting with chance maddy and kyrie- my boys just loved kyrie! And chance was super cool helping us jump to new phones and getting them set up. Overall a very pleasing experience and we will continue to go to this store location from now on. Keep up the awesome works guys! You made that experience fun and easy unlike other times.

Had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind & patient. I had to do a type of return/exchange that they were unfamiliar with, and they were very reassuring throughout the entire process. Kay was the one who helped me the most, she’s so nice & sweet! She made me feel like she was just as excited as I was to be getting a new phone. She also helped me transfer all of my data to my new phone & everyone made sure I was fully setup and good to go out the door. The other employees were also super nice & chatted with me throughout the process. I have been to other T-Mobile stores in my area, and this one was hands down the nicest experience. I will be doing all of my business with them from now on.

Tabi and Josh Are awesome. Excellent customers service. They don’t rush you, listen to you carefully and solve your problems related to cellular services. I really like them and go back to them for all my cellular needs.

Few days late in writing this but we just want to give a Huge shotout to Tyler. As potential new customers to T-Mobile, we of course had plenty of questions. Not only was Tyler able to answer those questions but he even knew if we were thinking of asking a follow-up question before we even knew we were.

On top of that, he made sure that we understood each answer given and when it came down to actually picking a plan.....He went old school with us and got out a pen & sheet of paper out and laid out there two options we were thinking about and helped pick out the one that was the best for us. And this wasn't just what would work best for us but also what was best cost wise. He made our first time visit very enjoyable and we ended up walking out with a smile on our faces and a device in our hand. Thanks man if you're reading this!

I was in town for work and shattered my phone. This was the nearest store to me so I rushed over to get a replacement phone during a work break. To say that Josh was helpful is an understatement. He let me know my best options and tried to resolve my issue as quickly as possible so that I could get back to work. Unbeknownst to us, there was a system wide T-Mobile issue that prevented my service being switched over from the old phone to the new one, but Josh worked for hours after I left the store to try to rectify the situation. Also shout out to the manager Tyler that was also really helpful even though he was off the clock. All of the associates were so kind. I highly recommend this store and this team.

Had a great experience purchasing my new phone. Staff was very friendly and helped get my apps transferred from my old phone over to my new. Helped make my Accessory purchases fast n easy. Thanks to your whole staff. Would highly recommend this store over the dodge st. Location where employees are rude and not very helpful or knowledgeable.

I am a fairly new customer to T-Mobile and went in with some issues on a very old iPad. Tyler was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all but I ended up deciding to buy a new iPad and he walked me all through it being that I’m not very technical. It is so nice when you deal with someone that enjoys their job and truly takes the time to help you. There were also a couple of other young men who were friendly and helpful as well. I love when you get very good service as this should be expected anywhere but unfortunately that is not always the case a lot of places. Tyler deserves 5 stars all around!! When we switched over to T-Mobile, Jordan Thompson was the one that helped us. He did a phenomenal job and accommodated to our needs. He went out of his way to help us and was very kind and friendly. 10/10 would recommend him to help out with any of your T-Mobile needs!

I generally have crazy requests and service needs. The reps Tyler and Josh were so helpful and patient that I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else!!!!

Long story short, back in November/December, a great guy named Eric bent over backwards and really went to bat for me with T-Mobile when they tried sending me a $250 bill. He got it taken off my account and otherwise taken care of, and I really reallyappreciate it. He's really good at his job and really seemed to care. Whatever he gets paid, its not enough.

Conner Kay and Tyler were great! They Helped us upgrade phones! They got us free phones for our kids great customer service and just had a great 3 hours in there they made it go by super fast!!!

I had an excellent experience at our local T-Mobile store in Dubuque, IA today. Specifically, we were helped by Jordan Thompson and he did a fantastic job! We had a large number of phones to move from the Sprint network to the T-Mobile network, and needed guidance on migrating to T-Mobile. Jordan was courteous and knowledgeable - and worked to understand our needs and find us the right answer! Thank you T-Mobile and Jordan!
