Luke, Austin and Conner are awesome! I had an issue with understanding what was sold at another store and they stepped up, took the time to help me understand, offer solutions and explained all of the ins and outs of my options. Moving forward, these guys are my go to Guys for anything Verizon. Excellent customer service and highly recommend using them to get you the best deal for you!

Luke was great help ordering and setting up our new phones. He worked around our schedules and was very patient. Would definitely recommend our Dubuque Verizon location!

Luke was the only employee working when two friends and I stopped at the Dubuque, IA TCC store to purchase new phones and watches. He remained calm while assisting us in addition to helping three or four customers who walked into the store. Great multi-tasking skills! Luke was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and explained them in detail. He is definitely an asset to Verizon! I highly recommend him! All three of us switched to Verizon and purchased new phones and watches. Give him a raise. Good employees deserve recognition and rewards. Thanks, Luke!!

Austin was very helpful with picking out a new phone and with the phone setup. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back if I need any help with it or for any new products in the future.

Anyway...A non-paid commentary... and the highest regard and recommendation in using visiting this location... no matter the wait or matter... have LUKE take the HELM
