Recently moved to the area and needed renters insurance. I had called around to several places many of them took days to get back to me with high rates. Jim Lee's office with the help of Toni took care of me right away and let me tell you nobody can beat their rates as well as the confidence of good insurance. Thank you for making it quick and easy.

Out of all of the adulting I have done, working with the Jim Lee Insurance team has been the easiest. Felice gets the job done in such a timely manner. She is always available to answer any questions and makes sure that I am feeling positive about them as well. Amazing customer service, super professional, and always helpful! Thank you!

Toni is incredibly personable but professional. She didn't try to "over sell" any of the products or services. Toni explained coverage in simple language and details to the point where I really didn't have any questions. Regardless of the price, as a single parent, I have (2) policies that will serve my household well, keep me and my children secure and properly covered and honestly the price matches my income and history.

Felice was very helpful, informative, and professional and giving me the best quote on my insurance that suits my lifestyle. I can generally say she has giving me one of best experience ever. She never tried to up-sale me on other policies like other insurance companies that I have experience.

Her connection was so real and personal that it was easy to curate the best policy for my family and I. I always wanted to get insurance but wasn't ready. However, due to covid-19 she made it easier for me to feel like my family and I were in great hands.

I recently moved to Illinois and had to transfer my insurance policies. Jim's office was super helpful, professional and personable. They transferred everything and sent declarations pages for me where needed. The premiums are very comparable to what I was paying before in another state (also with State Farm). I'm very happy with my new insurance agency.
