Superior in every way to Mariano's or Jewel. From the fruit and vegetables to the deli, meats, everything is so much better. The prices are every bit comparable. Here you'll find a wide variety of products on the shelf and price labels that actually show the prices. Well worth driving the extra couple miles to shop here.

The produce is really fresh and reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of ethnic foods. Also, their rotisserie chicken is the best I’ve ever had from any grocery store. Even better than Costco. I don’t know how they do it, but the meat slides off the bone every single time I get it. I’m writing this review just because the chicken is THAT good.

Lots of varied items. This one is more like Cermak. Price is a bit higher than Cermak, though. Very clean and well organized

I bought an entire beef tenderloin for Christmas. I had the pleasure of watching the butcher expertly trim it and tie it up. My grandfather was a butcher, so I could tell how skilled he was. The tenderloin was perfectly tender and flavorful. 100% recommend getting your high end meat from Valli.

Store clean, friendly and good prices.. was looking for a particular pasta and found it here. In fact, they have a whole aisle of pasta..pasta great heaven!!! Nuts and fresh cut fruit. A great shopping experience. Did I mention they have a wine section

Have a good selection of different cultural foods, dried fruits, and nuts. It seems to be a lot of high school students/young folks working there, and they are very helpful... Good friendly customer service

This grocery store is part of a small local chain. Produce, deli, seafood and butcher are fantastic. Great International aisle. If you need household items or want deep stock of packaged foods, go to Walmart or Jewel. 10% discount Senior discount on Tuesdays is a plus.

A great selection of global food, including Russian творог farmer cottage cheese, сырки cheese cake bars, вафли dry waffles, and huge vegetable and fruit department. Inexpensive, but not as polished and shiny clean as some other places.

This is a great market with a huge produce and bakery section and any local should consider them for shopping trips the same as you would for the large chains.

Best fried chicken ever! 15 pieces for $15.99 and it was crunchy and delicious! The potatoes were good too! I love their produce too!

6/2022 5* Nice large grocery store. Lots and lots of Produce! Bakery was a bit disappointing. Bakery items look great. Just disappointing when you bite into them. But everything else here is top notch!

My wife and I love to shop here, particularly for the greater variety of international foods. The butcher, deli, and bakery are all elaborate and full of variety. There are often great deals on produce and sometimes chicken.

We moved to Evanston this year, coming from the suburbs were Pete's was our go-to.
Valli is now our spot, along with Cermack.
Super clean, reliable seafood selection and organized aisles. Their produce is also fresher than Jewel and Marianos. They have an app for clipping coupons and you get a few bucks off after a few visits.

They've got an excellent, fresh selection of produce, deli, specialty foods etc. in an attractive environment.
