Darnell is top notch! Great customer service and a great attitude. Made a simple car wash trip memorable and put a smile on my family’s face. This is my car wash any time I need one in Dubuque.

Wow is all I can say! We just took my daughter’s van to Tidal Wave Car Wash! We just dollied it on the back of a U-Haul truck from Alaska 3,972 miles! It was awful! They spent over 5 minutes cleaning it with brushes! Then the guy checked it when we were done and said he wasn’t happy with it so ran it through again and wiped it down himself! Then we vacuumed the whole thing with the most powerful vacuum I’ve ever used! Then one of the staff guys came over a fixed a little piece that came off while I was sweeping! Told us about the special they are running! Awesome customer service! Very friendly too!

Came here the day they opened and signed up for a package. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional.

The attendant inside that gets things started is great. Smiling even in the bitter cold of winter and does a great job.

Car wash is good and the dryer is strong.

Pretty awesome carwash. They hit all the high spots prior to going through. Very thorough . Looked great! Way better than a spray wash. The vacuums were breathtakingly powerful! Be careful around the change holder! Highly satisfied 👍Staff was super friendly too.

We have used Tidal wave car wash in Dubuque a few times now and we always have a positive experience. Wendell is our man, he is always pleasant and does an extremely great job on the bugs, wheels and windows before the wash. Whenever we go there we hope Wendell is working because he’s top notch at his job… Thanks Wendell!!

My car always looks AMAZING when I come here. When Wendell (not sure that’s how you spell his name) is there he is so kind and always has a smile on and puts in the extra effort to really scrub any areas with bugs etc. All the crew does a great job, but Wendell just seems happy about life and to be at work and has that little extra touch and cheeriness about him. very good car wash. it was nice that self serve vacuums did not have a time limit and that they provided spray and towels so u could clean your vehicle. Staff were phenomenal !!!!

The guys working Memorial Day were absolutely fantastic! They were so nice and helpful! Even when I couldn’t figure out how to get my car into neutral they all worked to help me figure it out with a smile on their faces. Absolutely recommend not only for the service itself but the wonderful people working there!
