We switched insurance companies about 4 years ago and while that transition was a great experience with the care the Hollander team took in getting the best rates and making sure we had the appropriate coverage for our needs, the proof is in the pudding when it is time to actually placing a claim. Unfortunately this past summer we had two claims; one for our camper as well as our truck and both were quick and seamless processes including the set up of a rental car. Top notch experience and customer service! I highly recommend this company for both home and auto.

Having A&D and L&H licensing in the past myself, I have higher standards for what I expect from my personal agent. I chose Hollander because they don't treat me like a number that gives them high kickbacks from their underwriters. Ivory towers and 3 piece suits? Not this team - they are more like the people you send a Holiday card to and ask how their kids are doing. Hollander is growing, which means better options for types of insured peoples - and they're growing the right way, with customer service and modern digital tools that so many of the "old boys club" refuse to use.
