Midwest Dental - Dubuque

This was my first dental appointment since moving to Iowa a couple of months ago. I was INCREDIBLY impressed with the ALL the personnel I encountered during the appointment. What a wonderful way to kick off my future dental care! It could be somewhat premature but based on a singular visit thus far, I would highly recommend Midwest Dental - Dubuque!

The CHAIRS!!! OMG the chairs!!! They've got to go! Some don't have water, some flood the place. Seriously, it's my only complaint. Get new chairs. Now, I have to say... your new dentist is phenomenally spectacular!!!! Great sense of humor! Same with the staff. Just all around great people. I've never had this much fun at the dentist!!

I love Midwest Dental. The staff are always polite and helpful. I love my dental hygienist and the two dentists I’ve seen. The office is very nice and I’m always seen on time. Always a pleasant dental experience!

Very friendly atmosphere. Tech that cleaned my teeth was very social. I do have a request that I have her for future appointments.. Dentist gave me a few recommendations which was really great. I always have a great report on my dental hygiene my teeth are in fabulous condition. Thanks for your fabulous service.

I needed a filling and it has been at least 20 years since my last filling. I was very apprehensive about the level of pain that would be involved. But I need not have worried, they were great and put me at ease from the very beginning, there was no pain involved, even the injection of anesthesia was pain free. It was a really great experience.

I have been going to this hygienist office for many many years and will continue going because of the amazing staff. They are always so friendly and make you feel at home.

I told them what was wrong and what I wanted and they helped me out... I was expecting some over selling experience like.. "just get a whole new mouth" but they helped with my needs to the dot and didn't try to put me on stuff I didn't want..... I do recommend midwest dental all the workers were friendly and answered any questions I had

Morgan did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Byrnes was very nice and knowledgeable, I would recommend Midwest Dental to anybody looking for a caring, comfortable, family oriented and professional dental office.

I’ve had ongoing dental issues for years. I’ve been to
many dentists who I didn’t realize until I met Dr. McBride, what quality dental appts should be like. Dr. McBride puts you totally at ease. He explains everything in detail and there are no surprises. I’ve had ongoing dental work and I’ve never left there disappointed. I know I’m in the most capable hands. Every time I go, I am more impressed than my last visit. Dr. McBride knows I have major anxiety issues from past dental procedures and he is so patient and kind. His office manager Barb, his assistants, JD and Alisha and his hygienist Mindy are the best in their field! The front desk professionals are efficient, kind and helpful. The office is gorgeous, comfortable and it’s always spotless. You’ll never find a more knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, informed and KIND dentist than Dr. McBride and his staff. We are so lucky to have such a treasure in the Dubuque area. He’s truly a GEM!!!

Always a great experience with Dr. McBride! He explains everything so thoroughly! By far the best dentist I have ever seen! Also, his excellent manners when speaking to his assistants is recognized and exemplifies solid team work!

Dr. Will McBride is wonderful- not only does the man know all about teeth, he has a terrific bed-side manner and takes extra time to make sure I have all my questions answered. Mindy, my hygienist, is a sweet heart and I always enjoy my visit with her, which is not something you would expect from a dentist appointment. Everyone is always so kind; even the front desk staff make it a positive experience! They send me 5 reminders of my appointment, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Everyone is so friendly at the dentist office. I was on the waiting list for a crown for Dec 2022 and they got me in on 9/6/22. The dentist is very knowledgeable and made the experience pain free. I would recommend Dr. Humke to everyone.

As always this group are excellent at their work. Very little wait time, everyone so nice and treats you like family. Equipment is high tech and of course the work on my teeth is top notch. T Y. I loved the way Dr Tressa Gloystein cared for the cavity. Great job, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and just wonderful. Thank you all.

My husband and I recently moved to this area from Milwaukee. I was referred to Dr. Will Mcbride and I had a wonderful first visit. Morgan my hygienist was gentle but thorough. They even had a new patient discount and they were very professional. I am so happy that I chose Midwest Dental and I would recommend it to anyone.

WOW!!! I saw Dr. McBride to have a tooth pulled and a small piece got left behind. Absolutely understandable!!! Not only did Dr. McBride get me schedule with the Oral surgeon to get it taken care of immediately, he personally called me the next day to check on how I was doing. He also spoke to the surgeon after my extraction to make sure things went well. My daughter had her very first dentist appt at 2 years old and the staff was AMAZING with her. I am so thankful that I found this office to take care of my family's dental needs. We are now loyal members of the Midwest Dental family.
