We were awaiting our rebate and stopped into the Dubuque store. We were helped by Jonathan Kloft the assistant manager. He went above and beyond for us. He took time to research our rebate and even gave us the phone number to call. We appreciate his great customer service.

Zach helped me a lot, he was nice enough to bring me to the spot I needed and even talked to me about glass 😊 definitely good workers here

Easy online ordering. My online account is extremely user friendly.
I've been very impressed each time I use the pickup because service is really fast. I've only waited less than two minutes. I like ordering online far better than walking in circles inside the store. *(Plus, it saves a ton of time.)

If you are not a dog lover, be careful. They allow non service animals to wander the store with their owners. The difference between a service dog and just anybody's dog is that service dogs don't bark at little kids or people and make you nervous to be around them!

It's the place to find great blinds and they can cut them to any size you need.

Big shout out to Jeff place was was very busy and needed help locating an item. I spotted him in an empty aisle working on a few other things. I approached him for help and he stopped what he was doing right away he was more than happy to help while providing excellent customer service!

Went in need of a new washer and dryer. The selection was far greater than the other house and hardware store in the area. We had it narrowed down to 2 sets and with the the assistance of Phil (who's a Rockstar btw) we got delivery, hook up and haul away all lined up as well as set up with new accessories to replace water lines and access to hook up the water line to the dryer (the one we selected has a steam option) as well as new vent hose and clamps. And as someone who worked in retail, I know first hand how customers can be quite the waring experience, but he took the time to answer our questions while also waiting on a different customer and multi-tasked like a pro. We'll be needing a new stove and refrigerator before too long and we know exactly where we're going and what salesman we're asking for.

Went in to buy some light switch insulation.
We walked out with a washer and drier!

A hardware store that has employees that are willing to go the extra mile to help you put the finishing touches into your house turn it into your home

Sam is the man. Spent 2 hours trying to get info on washer and dryers at Best Buy and Menards. Waste of my time. Should have came here first. Professional man who knew his business. Told me about the features of the units I had interest in and laid out all my options. Wish more retailers would take the time to train their staff to give the no frills experience Sam gave me.

We recently bought a washer and dryer here - we were impressed with the selection, the price and the excellent service (Phil in Appliances was wonderful!). The delivery experience was good as well.

Great place to get supplies to do your projects

Very organized location. I was assisted very well by employee. I tend to have bad experiences at Lowe’s but this time around I had a great experience .. keep up the amazing work

The gentleman who helped my wife in selecting a floor lamp did an excellent job. My wife says he was helpful, kind and went beyond the call of duty. He even helped her check out light bulbs to see how everything worked. She says that she wished she had gotten his name so she could say something to Lowes management.
