Please stop letting people just park in the drive through pickup while prescriptions are filled! It defeats the whole purpose guys.

My sister was treated rudely this morning when she called to get a new med that was prescribed last night in ER .She was told it would be 5 pm today before it would be ready for pick up by her family. She was then told they could send it to a different pharmacy if she wanted. Hy-Vee Asbury is her regular pharmacy, This is poor customer service!

My mom always comes here for her prescriptions and picks up a generic actifed each time she comes. I know the generic actifed requires an ID to purchase so I'm sure it's probably something that is reviewed seriously. She has recently become ill enough that she couldn't pick up her own prescriptions so I went out there to pick it up. I'm unbelievably frustrated. The pharmacist told me there were no prescriptions for her to pick up and there is no generic actifed. After going in circles long enough I sent my sister over who is a nurse and they just flipping gave it to her.

Horrible pharmacy staff who don't care. Staff not willing to help. Very rude workers. Will be switching to a different pharmacy. Would not recommended this pharmacy.

Drive thru service is unbearably slow.
