My husband and I stopped in to the Best Buy store in Dubuque to shop around and ask questions about TV's. We waited a little bit for someone to help us but we are so happy we did! Cade was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. We could tell he knows a lot about TV's but the information he shared with us and the way he answered our questions made the information so accessible to us "regular folks." In an age where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, Cade really stepped up and treated us like we were important customers by being generous with his time and personal attention and displayed his extensive knowledge of the TV tech world and answered all of our questions with patience. Way to go, Cade! Your store and your customers are lucky to have you.

Took my mom in to this Best Buy to check into a different cell phone. Ben and Cade assisted us and were extremely helpful, patient and courteous. We left with a Jitterbug cell phone that is alot easier for her to use. Both Ben and Cade were great in assisting us thru the purchase and would definitely recommend to ask for them if you go to this store. Thank you guys!

In town visiting. I needed a new watch band for my Apple Watch and they picked it very quickly after ordering off the app.

Don’t call- just go in. The phone system send your to corporate , not the store. Went in because my washer said it was in for pickup, it wasn’t. Jared was awesome and helped me find the same unit in a different color that was in stock and got me free delivery for the trouble. Thanks Jared!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Some are a little more pushy, but not all. If you find one you like stick with them.
Pretty good selection, prices are pretty inline for a non-online store, and aren't too high period. I'm always surprised at how easy Best Buy makes it to get things taken care of.

Full disclosure, I worked at this Best Buy up until 3 years ago when we moved. That said, when I revisited the store and many new faces, the store had kept up its high quality service. After working there and knowing what happens behind the scenes, I can tell you that customer satisfaction for the long run is the driving force for this team.

And if you are wondering if geek squad protection is worth it, while I don't purchase it for everything these days I do still purchase it for many of my items. I find the support to be one of the primary things that keeps me coming back.

This is the place I go after I have done thorough research on what I am buying because I can often find things cheaper online or at other stores. When I do buy from Best Buy, I am scoring a fantastic deal. I recently bought a laptop for $100 cheaper than I have found it anywhere else. The sales staff is kind, very knowledgeable but they will try to veer you one way or another, but won't push a product too hard. They will tell you what products will best fit your needs, and try to get you into them. This does not always mean getting something more expensive either, if a product is cheaper than the one you were looking at but better fits your needs, that is what they want to sell you. I have not had to return anything, but I have heard that their return policy is not quite as simple as a store like Walmart's, with you not being able to get a full refund. While this is a bummer, I know they have a crew of tech guys if I my device ever starts to act up. All in all, Best Buy has helpful sakes people, and unbeatable deals if you get them at the right time. I would recommend this place to anyone who has done their research, and has a decent idea of what they want.

I was looking for information on buying a new TV since I had not bought a new one in more than 12 years. I happened to get a young man who had obviously educated himself about the newest generation of TV's and what their pluses and minuses are. Very educational and informative for me and I appreciate the fact that he took the time to find out how and where I would be using the TV. I can only review based on this one encounter, but for me, it was a very good one.

This Best Buy is pretty good. Wish they had more Camera Equipment. Staff is Friendly.

I can't say enough good things about Best Buy. They went above and beyond to accommodate a return--and I had slightly missed the cut off date for returns. They say they are customer oriented and that they want their customers to be happy. They live up to that claim 100%. I plan to continue to be a Best Buy consumer.

Had just what we were looking for and the price was very good. Took a while to get help, but everyone is short staffed.

Always occupied with helpful staff. Nice and organized with product placement easy to navigate through. Return can be made quite easily, giving the assurance that you can test something out to see if it fits your daily needs, without worrying that you are stuck with it if it doesn't work.

We stopped in the Best buy in Dubuque to purchase a TV and needed some advice. The store was not back to pre-pandemic inventory levels, but they had what we needed and best of all they had fantastic employees helping us through the entire process. Job well done!
