I was really happy to find Brown's Shoe Fit Co. on Google, they had the shoe I needed from New Balance that is out of production and is very hard to locate. They were reasonably priced and shipped quickly. I will look to them again in the future, I had a great experience with them! Thank you :)

Brown's Shoe Fit Co. had the specific shoe my husband had been looking all over for. It was quickly shipped to our house and received in perfect condition. They did a great job!

I purchased a pair of Hokas (that were sold out EVERYWHERE online) at Browns Shoe Fit. I was so impressed that they had the shoe, shipped it immediately, priced in line with everywhere else, and was easy to purchase. I definitely recommend them.

Oddly, I'm giving the shoe company a 5-star review even though the boots were a bust. The left boot was great. The right boot was baggy and tipped me away to the outside causing all kinds of problems. Of course I wore them outside in dusty New Mexico before deciding they were hopeless, so they were NOT in perfect unworn condition. Nevertheless customer service people at Brown's Shoe Fit Co. were a dream. Took them right back for a full refund. Exceptional Service!

Brown’s Shoe Fit Co. SAVED me this past Christmas. Somehow my google search for Boston Mocha Suede Birkenstock Clogs Women’s 8 Narrow lead me to them. This was one of the 4 things my oldest daughter wanted. They are the ONLY ones who had them and at the retail price. I’m in Virginia and their are all the way in Iowa. I order them Monday the December 18th at 10:00 am EST. By 12:30 EST they were shipped and I received them on the Wednesday the 20th. The fast shipping and clearly excellent customer service I truly appreciate. I would definitely order from them again and I recommend them for others.

I have neuropathy in my feet and lost my right big toe. This was my first visit to this store, but the salesperson was very attentive to my needs and took a custom measurement of both feet to make sure both shoes worked. The shoes are high quality and worth the investment.

I recently visited Browns and purchased my first pair of shoes from them. To make a long story short, I was very impressed and definitely will return! Within minutes of entering I had my feet scanned and was looking at shoes based on how I stand. My back pain in slowly going away everyday!

I decided to take my wife out to buy her some new shoes for her birthday. As we walked in Jacob welcomed us and ask how he could be of assistance.
I informed him my wife needed shoes and the brand I wanted her to have. At that time his whole attention and questions were directed to her. I loved that and I know she did as well.
He asked her questions that were like needs, wants and why. He then proceeded to put his expertise to work. He asked to measure both her feet and start from there. Then ask her what style or color she preferred. He came back with her choice and some others he recommended.
After about 30 minutes we both left totally satisfied with the purchase and especially the service from Jacob.
