Our Theisen's is the best since they moved to the old Big Bear.

The bad part is that it is so big I have to ask to find my regulars. Fortunately, they have had plenty working. What a relief to not have to drive to DesMoines or Iowa City for everything.

They were out of stock on the item I needed. They found it at a nearby store and had them set it aside so I could go pick it up. Great customer service!

Love the pricing as compared to the hardware store just west of them. Outrageous costs at True Value for just nuts and bolts, (are they made of gold?) on top of Joe Bidens inflation.

But, Theisens has pretty much held steady. Nice people and POPCORN...

Sydney went above and beyond trying to locate a store that had a kayak in stock and was on sale for me. Then she arranged for that store to ship it to a store that was closer to wear I lived. (Stores within an 60 mile radius of us didn’t have the kayak in stock.) Awesome customer service!!

I love the new store!! So much more room, and a larger selection.

They have a good selection of dogs treats and chewies and that is what i was looking for. I asked someone a question about the pig ears wondering where they were from and she knew where and offered to show me the information.

My wife and I really like the new, big store. We were getting things that we would have to go to DSM to get, right here at our store! Coming here is always better than going elsewhere to get stuff we need for the house or farm. Way better selection than the old small store!

Well kept store with lots of stuff. Similar to cal- ranch & they even have free popcorn while you shop!

What a great little farm store. Go there before you go anywhere else for those tools, cloths and toys you want. They have a great selection of automotive parts and pieces like hitches and wiring items. Not to mention their lawn/garden selection and pet foods. I buy my wiring and plumbing supplies there too.

Great service and very helpful staff. The price of their merchandise is very good and lower priced than most places. I will definitely do more shopping with this company.

Big ole store but they have signs that are easy to spot to get you around to what you need. I found everything I needed. Prices are average.

So I'll happily explain my 5 star rating. Carol is why. I have been to this store one time. I bought online to pick up in store because of a great deal they had. Never having been there decided to check it out. I buy a lot of tools not only because I'm a union glazier but different types of home improvement jobs on the side and if I have the time (and even when I don't) I'm responsible for the mechanical maintenance and upkeep on our 2 cars and truck as well as my mother-in-law's SUV. So I of course went immediately to the tool aisle and was presented with 2 prices to the same Milwaukee packout toolbox. $10 difference between the 2 prices. Carol not only was willing to honor the lower price but since I had just made a purchase and was unsure of spending more money that very second told me to come back she would still honor it. That's some serious customer service. Thank you Carol I will be back for that toolbox.

The new store is SOOO nice!!! I love the people working there, and the room they have is amazing!! So much better then the old one! Highly recommend!!

I've only been there once to buy a shovel and ice scraper but everyone was very friendly when I spoke to them. I saw a lot of people working, I would have preferred if someone asked if I needed help finding something versus me have to find someone to ask. So that's the only thing I think currently that could use some improvement.

My husband loves this store! Friendly staff, clean store, nothing negative to say!
