She is quick and fast at determining the best approach to the task and very professional in taking care of the problem. We experience her great service face to face. If you really want to go to a place where they're extremely knowledgeable on the product, go see Dillon! He's extremely patient with the elderly, and knows his products. Dillon and Chris both answer your questions in a way that you will understand.

My Pixel 3 died leaving Denver last Wednesday, on my way to New York. I chose this store because it is close to I-80, and I could park my rig nearby. Chris was nice, sincere, and professional. I was promoted to a Pixel 7 in about hour. Thank you, Sir!

The service is great. Took care of all my needs that they could possibly do there and explain to me how to move forward with the other stuff that I need to get done. I will go there again.

Outstanding customer service and willingness to offer great products. Store manager and employee were not pushy at all with additional products but simply offered solutions I was not aware of with cell phone charging and holding in vehicle. They both cared more about my product satisfaction rather than selling more products. I was very impressed and now do not have a need to drive all the way to a corporate Verizon. Certainly recommend this location as a Verizon store. Store manager and employee set up my new phone and explained other products purchased in great detail. Thanks so much.

Angelina and Garrett were super helpful. After spending 3 hours with phone support I went into the store a very aggravated customer. They were super friendly..worked together to get a solution. Took time with my dad who gets confused were enthusiastic about his new phone so he stayed enthusiastic about an unexpected cost. I would recommend.

The staff at this location were great. I am a Truck Driver passing through the area when my phone broke, they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock, but were able to order the phone and have it shipped to the store and timed the shipping to arrive 2 days later when I would be passing back through the area. Perfect! (:

Jesica the store manager & her Rep Bridget was awesome to work with. I came in with a insurance replacement phone they help me get everything activated transfer over and apply discounts for a new case & liquid glass! Definitely can see the difference with the new management change over from several months ago.

Phoebee is hands down the best customer service rep ever! I had a broken phone and felt helpless being on the road and being miles away from home. I was taken care of promptly and got a different phone THAT DAY! Best experience I could ask for when something so disappointing happened.

Jessica listened to our phone problem which was an old phone that wouldn't hold a charge but an owner who didn't want to learn how to operate a new phone. She recommended a phone that had the same system of the current I-Phone but had an I-Phone 11 processor. It was perfect! She transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone and we walked out as satisfied customers. Thanks Jessica for working with us and explaining things so well.

I am a college student, and a freshman at that. I recently turned 18 this year. I only was able to use my credit card for gas to build my credit. I came and traded in my paid off iPhone 11 for my new phone. Jessica the store manager she took care of me. She was so understanding, quick, helpful, professional ect. She made sure I got what I was supposed to from my iPhone 11 trade in. I am on my path to building good credit as an 18 year old and I want to pave my own way, and I couldn’t be more greatful I went to Verizon. I came to see what I was eligible for and I got what I was looking for and some. I know I’m in good hands :)
