Called to schedule an Oil change and Tire rotation and younger girl working the desk was super helpful and courteous and they actually got what I needed done quickly and price was very fair. All the staff had positive attitudes. I’m not sure what they are paying the folks but definitely a group to keep on your payroll.

Went to private event night in Dubuque store. Only had a limited time to shop so asked about 4 people in store where things were since this is not my normal store. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The cashier & store load-up guys were also very friendly & helpful. I apologized for being there so late & everyone assured me it was fine. Left parking lot right at 9pm. What a wonderful experience to end my day! And many of the workers were young people. Thank you for being so courteous! You can be proud of your personnel.

Great place, they have about everything, seems like decent prices, better than Home Depot or Lowes in our area.

Super friendly staff with superb customer service. Auto shop does a great job with tires, and prices are reasonable.

Great store location. Very new and clean and modern. Lots of nice inventory to browse. I like the soft line selection. Cloths and jackets and that sort of stuff. They also have some good sales if you are inclined to keep up with the sale flyers.

Had a nail in a tire on a Sunday and Herb the supervisor took the time to fix it. Had been sent down the road for 30 miles trying to get a new tire put on and it wasn't till I got to Blain's that they were willing to do the work. Appreciated them fitting me into a busy schedule already.

They were sold out of the product that we went in for but it was not problem cause it wasn't something we absolutely needed anyway. We had our 6month old pitty with and he had a blast showing off and getting attention. We exchanged a pair of gloves for a bigger size and the customer service desk was very helpful and fast.

Clerk was able to direct me to a general location of water filters. Employee that was stocking got me right where i needed to go. Staff helpful, store clean and they had what i needed. What more could you ask for?

Service staff was great. Helped me out in a pinch as they were closing up shop. They were excited about the car I brought in and quick and efficient with getting me squared away.

I went in today to buy lawn patch. Most of the lawn products were already put away for the year. I asked Jennifer at customer service, she looked on inventory and found what I was looking for. She went back to the warehouse and found it and brought it out to me. I told her that is why I shop here, because of employees like her. The staff here is always ready to help you. Great job!

As my brother-in-law has said, if you can't find it at Farm & Fleet, you probably don't need it! Great selection and friendly staff.

Having only shopped at this store once, I have fallen in love with it. It reminds me of a Canadian Tire store, but with SO MUCH more merchandise and departments. I wish this store could be found everywhere. Rural King is the closest we get down in Kentucky. Although not a bad store in and of itself, but it's no Farm and Fleet!

They had what I needed at the time, a seasonal item. Christmas ornaments, not a very big selection but it's also a hardware store so the convince factor was nice. Price was high but you will pay for convince so that's why I'll stick with a 5 star rating, which I don't give often but in this circumstance 5 stars suffice. No wrong doing by Farm and Fleet, check out was quick and easy.
