4200 Hampton McDs is the best in STL for breakfast. Periodt. They always welcome you with a smile. Yes they are always in a hurry. But they are so nice and professional even when it is hectic. I get a Crispy chicken biscuit meal with a large vanilla (pumpkin spice in season) iced latte wayyyy too often because it’s a pleasant experience and a convenient location for me.

McDonald's has a good food variety to pick from when I visit. I like the reward app that shows everything they have at every location.

Excellent customer service, especially by the manager this Thursday evening, and her crew. GOOD JOB! All the triples cheeses and double 1/4 pounder w/ cheeses I've smashed, were perfect!

The older white lady in the mornings is my buddy, half the time I buy food just to say hi. Also I'm breaking a personal rule for her, no 5 stars for chains.

I had a good experience at the drive through on 2/4/22 at 1045pm. I had to wait 15 min but the girl said we are short staffed son vwill be a min. I ordered 2 coffees. It took a while but even though they were short staffed they were polite and did not turn customers away like Shrewsbury. All the cars from Shrewsbury came here to Hampton. Bc Shrewsbury decided to close at 10:36 and bit 11.thanks

This McDonald's usually has fresh & very good tasting food. However not on this night. I ordered a Big Mac meal, no onions. It was THEEE most disgusting food I ever tasted. There was so much special sauce I threw the whole burger out the window. The fries were very good tho

The lady in the drive-thru window was very rude and ignored us when we tried to get her attention. We were there on 02/27/2022 @ 10/11 pm
Where they told us over the menu board that they weren't taking any more orders (AFTER WE SAT THERE FOR 20 MINUTES), until they finished shift change which took them over 1 1/2 hours.

I go to this location at all hours and usually the service is very unsatisfactory. However I want to give a shout out to whoever was working when I pulled up this morning, Monday, 3/5/18 around 5:30am. Because the service was prompt, the food was hot and the attendants were extremely polite and cheery.. It was a pleasant surprise! As someone who also works in food industry I know it can be a thankless job. Nonetheless I appreciate a job well done. I hope a manager sees this and will recognize!

Early morning visit after spending all night out. Lots of cars in front of us, we contemplated leaving but cars were getting food quickly so we stayed in queue. Lg fry hit the spot. Spent a lil over 10$ per person. Food was tasty and cooked to perfect temp. Drive-thru was fast and efficient.

There kindest staff of any around. Well managed. My surveys to the company state how the employees conduct themselves as if they had the best job in the world. All the encounters I've had with them reflect just that. The manager and corporate know. We've also personally told the employees how we feel about them. Brought one to tears because no one had ever said such nice things about her. She deserved to hear how good she really is. If she's that kind at work, she's kind in general. That store deserves recognition.

McDonald's is simply McDonald's. What made this visit exceptional was the cashier or server ,I think his name was Tim. I stopped in for a cup of coffee. I noticed the sign on the glass advertising donut sticks for a limited time so I figured I'd try them. I stepped to the counter the cashier came to take my order. He was very friendly and had a pleasant attitude. I placed the order for the coffee and asked if they still had the donut sticks, remembering the sign said for a limited time. The cashier said they still serve them. He Looked , not seeing any went to the back somewhere. He returned said that he just dropped some down. I paid for my order, stepped to the side and proceeded to wait. While waiting I noticed a little disturbance going on and this lady came to the front and confronted the cashier (Tim) . She said that when they are out they are out, he said I dropped some. Long story short Tim was in trouble for going against protocol. I was not aware of this. I'm not sure weather or not Tim was aware of this. He left the counter, but before he left he told the young lady taking his place that I was waiting on some donut sticks that he had dropped. When the young lady brought me my order, I apologized for causing any confusion. She said you are alright. My thoughts turned towards Tim, will he be alright. Kind of puzzled about what just took place, and why Tim was in trouble for going above and beyond to take care of a customer, made me look at that sign on the window a little closer. In small writing with a circle around it was the words" available only during breakfast ". I looked at the time on the dash it was 11am, well after breakfast. Like I said, I wasn't aware of this. Again, I'm not sure if Tim was aware of this. Either way I want to thank you Tim for your caring spirit, great customer service and very pleasant attitude . Also thank you for giving me the opportunity to try those donut sticks, they were good. I'm so sorry for any grief your thoughtfulness may have cost you . You should be commended. Made me feel special!!!! Really made my day.

I came here on Xmas Eve at about one o'clock. The drive thru was crowded but there was nobody inside were I ordered. They was quick with my order and food. The food was great as always and the counter clerk was very pleasant. I would recommend going here for sure.

I have yet to have a bad experience at this location whether it be 5pm or 3am. I saw some people complaining their food wasn't 'fresh out the grease hot,' but if that's what you want, then request it be fresh made. They've never forgotten anything in my orders and the staff is always friendly.

My grandsons and myself enjoyed our take out lunch today from McDonalds. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The building was very clean everyone who came in had on a mask and hand sanitizer was available for us as well. I would definitely let others know where to go for lunch and how good the food is here. Thank you

Service was quick, pleasant,and fresh

I just love coming here it this one young lady name Tiara H. She the one who take the money at the first window. She is very nice always say hi with a smile well groom. But one when I came through the drive thru a manager was yelling at her talking about her with another manager. My heart just broke she was very sad and scared you could see it in her eyes. Tiara H is a wonderful worker thank you for making my day when I come thru cause a smile goes a very long way.

They just remodeled this McDonald’s a few months ago. But even during construction the food was always fresh and the service was always fast. If you need a quick and cheap bite to eat this is the place to go.

I order usually online for McDonald’s and today I’ve been greeted by a very nice older lady 👵 I wish I could get a name but best service from her she asked us to check in our bag to make sure everything‘s in there we got all of our food best service and she wished us a wonderful day and to be safe 🐺 😊
