Excellent man. Very kind, down to earth and very caring. I've done work for him before and my experience is sensational and very pleasant.

Very unprofessional. I had reached out to Richard Welch early in our first house buying process, about 2 years ago. I did not receive a response, neither by e-mail nor phone, so after a few months we found another realtor and bought a house (through a different realtor). Then, my e-mail and phone are flooded by Richard and his advertisements/notifications. I tried to unsubscribe, but everything still continued. I wrote him 2 e-mails, explaining that I did not use his services nor no longer needed services in general, to which he responded shortly and rudely, that I had never asked to be removed. I forwarded the first email requesting removal and said yes, I did request to be removed from everything. BUT IT ALL CONTINUES. And any further e-mails are ignored. He is snotty and it is out of spite that he continues to harass me.I am STILL receiving e-mails, Zelle notifications, phone. Calls, and snail mail flyers. I blocked and sent his emails to the spam folder and all, but yes, 2 years later this unprofessional child is still sending me flyers. I do not understand. I'm hoping this review gets him to leave us alone, I have never bought a house before but I'm sure this level of advertising is not normal. Richard, leave me alone. Remove me from all correspondence.
