Taco Bell

Although they messed up my meal the first time....they were kind, apologetic and very willing to remake my meal. They got the remake right and it was very well made.

The best quality Taco Bell meal and service I have ever had. Burrito wrappers were licked clean. 4:20pm was an excellent time to get grub at this establishment. Kudos to the St. Louis crew! Well done!

Went during lunchtime via drive thru. Short line, food was fresh and hot!

Being a Taco Bell can be tough. This location, and it's staff, are tough. If you drive by at 11pm and see a long line, know that it'll move along very fast! The staff here knows about the high demand, and they deliver. I've never, NEVER, had an incorrect order here; and when "lots of Fire and Diablo sauce" packets are requested, those I shall receive. This is fast food done right, fully aware of the local demands.

Late night crave staff was very hard working all the way to close. Thank you guys for staying late. Appreciate it. It's very hard to find any place to stay open after 11:00 for food anymore and we were on the road and you guys were there. So thank you and fell their belly so we could hike the next day at Johnson's

It's taco bell lol. Good food

Good: Got order right. Clean interior. Food was tasty and hot. The employees were pleasant and quickly addressed my order. I had my food in under two minutes.

Neutral: For some reason they had their main door locked, had to go on the side door it is three hours after they open so i know it's not some door policy.

Bad: nothing this visit.

This taco bell has great customer service the lady at the window was wonderful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor which is rare in this particular area of the city. My food was less than 5 stars my order was not fresh and I was missing 2 of 4 of my items. They did not correct the problem because I was in a rush so this why I am still giving them 5 stars because the service was great.

I mean, it is Taco Bell, so the food was great for what it was, but the service was unexpectedly great! We encountered two crew members and they were both very pleasant. We ordered and received our food in a timely fashion. I usually don't pick Taco Bell, especially not when in the city, but this visit was a good.

I know this location hasn't always been on top of their game, but yesterday afternoon (6/27/19) I had a lovely drive-thru experience and it deserves to be recognized.

The speaker was prompt and friendly, my order was double checked for accuracy, and they even remembered my sauce (although by taco bell policy they dont give more than a couple packets unless the customer requests it)

Love this Taco Bell! Always fast whether I use DoorDash or drive-thru. Haven’t had a bad experience yet and the food tastes great. I wanted to try the different sauce customizations so made a mess of my order with the DD app. The staff got it all right! Honestly I like the menu-standard food better so won’t be difficult by switching it up again. 10/10.

I love hard shell tacos. I've visited a few around stl and I find the store the best. Great service. Staff friendly and the tacos have great amount of meat n veggies. I get my money worth.

I work about 2 blocks from here and could easily walk there for lunch. But I don't. I walked in there once and it was crowded, slow, awkward, and depressing. Everybody there was waiting on carryout. Nobody talked, it was a bit like waiting at the DMV. The staff was not, uh, unfriendly. Just strictly business. Did I say it was slow? It was excruciatingly slow. The drive through, however, is exactly the opposite. The line moves quickly, the staff are super friendly on the mic and at the window, and you get in and out of there with a smile on your face ASAP. Did I say the staff are friendly at the drive thru? They are the friendliest fast food workers I've met. Thats why I drive to the Taco Bell 2 blocks away.

Bean burritos with extra onions and red sauce were excellent. Service was fast and courteous even though I could see that th drive through was very busy. I walked in to the building because I was in a big truck. Ordered at the kiosk. Very efficient.

Nice friendly staff while in drive thru usually don't really have bad experiences there maybe one time someone sounded very irritated and asked if i wanted sauce for my order but didn't give any but most times no problems here really not usually bad attitudes except this recent time i went

Delicious except no hot sauce in the bag and they overcharged me for my drink. But I chock that up to the game.

They hiring dude was so nice I tipped him for his awesome hospitality. He took good care of us when he didn't have too. Thank you

Awesome food. Many options for vegetarians as well. Nice service. Special thanks for Shannon, who guided us on our first visit. Nice view as it's on corner of two streets.
