Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bismarck South

Wow, it's really sad to see clearly. Somebody has made fake pages to write bad reviews. Most likely and employee that was let go I stayed here and it was amazing. The staff were friendly. I felt just like at home. They had nice snacks at the desk front. Desk housekeeping, we're all very attentive. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We love this hotel.

Although the rooms seem outdated, I give it 5 stars because of how friendly and helpful the staff are. I left my laptop here during my stay and fortunately the staff were able to locate it and return it. I cannot thank both the front desk and the housekeepers enough for being able to locate it so quickly when I had a flight to catch in 1 hour.

Stayed here for over 2 months. Excellent service. Cleaning people were awesome. Decent breakfast. The main reason I stayed was free access next door to Anytime fitness. Best gym I have ever been to with everything you need to workout whatever training you are used to.

Everyone is so nice n i love to stay there even my parents loved staying at this hotel every time there vome to bismarck they always want to stay at this hotel

This hotel has by far the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I choose this hotel because the staff in amazing! So accommodating and friendly. I stay here atleast 8 days a month for work. Very clean and well stocked. They have cookies and snacks right when you walk in the door. Last winter during all of the snow storms they had the parking lot cleared right away. Even offered me a ride to work when I wasn’t able to get there. If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would!!! Also, Regina in house keeping is an absolute delightful woman.

I was super excited to see the cozy common area the hotel offers and the room I stayed in was cute and comfortable. The set up was fun and I loved the warm colors. Staff was friendly and my room was clean. The rest of the hotel was as well. Didn’t use pool and wished they had a hot tub though. I love the location. By mall, captain jacks, restaurants, grocery store ect. Recommended !!!

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. They upgraded our room to a suite. They gave us 2 free beers from a brewery / restaurant that they recommend. (The restaurant was awesome as well.) The also told us about local attractions that were a hit. The rooms were clean. I would most definitely recommend this place!

Tori has the best customer service out of anyone I've ever encountered! She was very attentive and accommodating, she is a great communicator and actually listens to your needs. She has excellent leadership qualities and would make an exceptional addition to the management team!!

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and staff was friendly and professional. Rooms clean. Breakfast awesome.

Stayed two nights for our daughters wedding, Whitney called our room about 3-4 hours after we had checked in to make sure that everything was alright and that we didn't need anything. That has NEVER happened at any other hotel I've stayed at!
Our daughter and son in law told us they had the same thing happen and were so impressed. They also had a plant in their room from the hotel congratulating them on their wedding!
I left a cell phone charger when we checked out - I called when we got home and Whitney went to our room and found it, she called me back right away and said it would be at the front desk for me to pick up.
The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive, I didn't catch her name but she was so nice.

Michelle, you made sure that we didn't have to mess with our room key when we were unloading our vehicle after the celebration - it was midnight, we were tired and probably a bit crabby and you were so accommodating to us.

Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable, if we need to stay in Bismarck in the future we will definitely be choosing your hotel!!

From check-in to check out, the experience was stellar! Amanda was so awesome! I presented a few challenges with the way I reserved my room but she handled it like a pro! I found that Ubers are few and far between, so when I need to get to a meeting, Tori offered to share her Uber with me! She was actually off work at that point! How sweet! Also, Kica was very friendly and helpful. She let me know that an Uber was on the way yesterday and checked on me this morning during breakfast to see how my meeting went the day before. Last, but certainly not least, Allen was so very nice and helpful during breakfast!! Is he a Chef?? He has to be. I don't know what the dish was called that he made for breakfast but I know I will be thinking about it all day long!! He even took the time to make my waffle for me. And it was Strawberry!!! This team truly embodies what a great customer experience looks like!

Nice regular hotel, not real fancy but nice, clean, comfortable, quiet and very good complimentary hot breakfast. Well maintained and a helpful staff. They also offer complimentary use of Anytime Fitness which is directly next door!

Needed a place to stay with motor coach load of Middle School students.

The family and I arrived super late and had to depart early. The breakfast staff, especially Allen, were wonderful hosts and put huge smiles on our faces! Great stay! ☺

Alicia the front desk girl is so nice! She let me use her personal charge her even though she got off shift in a couple hours that's amazing you never get that anywhere you go!! We will be staying there every time we go through Bismarck the hotel was so nice and clean and comfortable. very refreshing

The exterior is incredibly misleading, the interior has a much more recent remodel and is very well done. My room was clean and stocked when I checked in, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. Within the price range, the breakfast was very good. The only shortcoming would be the parking lot, which isn't particularly friendly for a vehicle with a trailer.

Night time staff was honestly friendly when I arrived. Same in the morning. Courtney helped me check out. While at the airport I realized I had forgotten my iPad. I called Courtney who found it in the room. The manager Brenna mailed in back to me and made sure it was packaged safely. I was very grateful for their help.

Great staff--all. The pool was being repaired but GM (Jordan) offered to allow us to use another Fairfield's pool (which we did). The kids loved it! The breakfast was outstanding and Lavone (breakfast prep person) was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The place was always clean and the lobby stayed spotless (not easy to do in Bismarck in February with people tracking in snow/slush). The price was competitive.
I will go out of my way to stay there again next time ! I would give 6 stars if I could.
