Paradiso Mexican Restaurant Grand Forks

Really good food as long as you keep in mind it is Midwestern Mexican. Not much on the spicy side, but everything was otherwise well seasoned.

Also our server, Monique, was amazing. Super friendly and attentive, plus treated us more like friends than just customers, which really gave it a really welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely recommend.

Extensive menu focused on Mexican food. To start they take drink orders and serve chips and salsa. I ordered the Poco loco lunch priced at $8.99. It was great. Took longer to get our than I thought it should, but they brought out more chips and salsa. The others with me said all good. Will come back again.

Today we got a call no one wants to get, just as we were ordering our lunch. We had just left the hospital for a quick bite to eat before heading back to say our goodbyes. The waitress was so patient and understanding while we navigated tough emotions of a loved one’s passing. We decided to stay and eat before going back. While we waited for our food, the waitress brought us complimentary fried ice-cream. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I handed the waitress my card for the bill and she soon came back stating that she and management insisted that we not pay for our meals. What an incredible act of kindness and support. Thank you!

This is one of our favorite stops in Grand Forks and Fargo. Always a hit. And today was national Tequila day so we enjoyed a tasty lime margarita. They used to have a vegan protein option but took it off the menu recently which is disappointing....bean and veggie mix tacos were had this time. Great food, ambiance and service.

Visited this place from Winnipeg specially for my birthday lunch and really enjoyed everything about it .

Spent the day in grand forks with sister’s decided to have Lunch at paradiso it was delicious. I would order this plate again

So Yummy!! Great service. Food was hot served fairly quick even though they were very busy … BEST water I’ve ever had at a restaurant lol but really their water is FANTASTIC

We waited for over 5 years to come back to this restaurant and it was awesome!! Our server Maddie was the best ever and she was busy!! We had drinks, and the chips, salsa and queso!! I ordered the 2 beef enchiladas and my husband had the super burrito and it’s still the best food ever!! Once we moved back to Manitoba I said we had to come back and the fact we did before Xmas was the best decision ever lol especially with the new Covid varient out!! But we talked to Maddie for a bit and I have nothing but good things to say, she was the best server we had in like 2 years!! She goes above and beyond, very attentive and she’s super sweet!! Just wish servers here got paid more then 4$/hr!! Cuz she worked very hard and deserves more!! Please tip ur server appropriately people cuz the food isn’t that expensive plus it’s huge portions!! Thnx again Maddie!!

I love this place! The fish tacos are delicious and the portions are huge! Hubby loved the taco Carnitas. The food came out hot and fresh. The basket of tortillas and salsa aren’t homemade but they are good!

Grand Forks local and I always love coming here. Our waitress was a little flighty last time we came, but she was still sweet. Also always consistent with food. I know if I order my favorite it will come out the same each time.

Whenever our all points of the continent family gathers we choose this restaurant to host it. Such good food and service.

The food was delicious and hot upon delivery. The waitress was very attentive. The price was reasonable.

Lots of menu options, huge portions & very tasty! Can't complain. Would definitely recommend if you're craving Mexican food.

FYI, being from Canada... if you order a buritto to go & take it home then refridgerate. Heat it the next day in the oven at 400° for about 9mins... tastes just as f'n awesome! Not sure about other menu items, but its always nice to bring something back to savor the taste as we don't have a Paradiso locally.

I'd say it's an excellent service and food as well. Also, there is some offer on the weekend such as kid meals. I'd come back again. Thanks to all guys who work there.

Driving through, this was a must-stop and it did not disappoint! I picked up a chicken burrito and it was as delicious as I remembered from my last visit, many years ago! Highly recommend, and will be back the next time I’m in the city!

Large portions, decent price, all the margarita flavours you can dream of.

Chips and salsa as a starter is always a winner.
