Was very respectful staff that got my order right first time and food was done right exactly what I wanted.

Last July, someone rear ended me in the drive thru. How you hit a car stopped in the drive thru, I have no clue. The manager gave me my food for free. It was cold, but I wanted to say thank you to her amazing gesture. Definitely lifted my spirits because it's the second time I've been rear ended in a flashy red car I hardly ever drive.

I don't care how long the wait is. Always top notch customer service even when they are extremely busy. Extra thank you to Jessica who was manning the drive thru. Such a kind person!

Moved to North Dakota from California and we live two hours from this Taco Bell. We were in town two different days during the same week and stopped by because we missed eating here. My husband was skeptical due to the rating but the workers are so nice here! Upbeat and friendly. Not sure why it has such a bad rating but great job Staff! Keep up the greatness!

Update: The past few times we've done the drive-thru there we have been short-changed. There is always at least one thing that we've had to go back to get.
You guys really need to train your people in on the app. I ordered at like 10:15 and started the hour trip there. Got a notification that it was ready at 10:54 and got there at 11ish. No order was waiting for me so I stood in line. The cashier was confused and didn't know there was an app, but she said the order would be made. She called it a Doordash, which it wasn't, but meh. I stood there for over an hour waiting, having various people tell me it was being worked on. Finally a lady looks at me really confused when I ask her about my order and she too didn't know there was an app. She got the attention of someone I hadn't talked to yet who looked for my order and couldn't find it. He finally discovered they had run out of the thing needed to make my order so it was canceled. He said to call the number in the app for a refund and there was nothing he could do. I left Taco Bell after over an hour of waiting starving and with no food. Please hold a training session or something for app orders. This was extremely ridiculous.

Employee was very nice and courteous which made up for the average 5 layer, will be back to eat here

The new manager is great, awesome attitude, even gave my kids free cherry freezes. Keep up the great work!

The Grand Forks Taco Bell is an experience unlike any other. I would say it’s probably one of the Top 10 attractions in the area. If you’re in the mood for an emotional roller coaster, then look no further. So many cards are in the deck ranging from long waits, out of product, and orders so incorrect you drive away with it anyways. The odds are forever in the employees favor!

Came to this Taco Bell at 11:15 tonight and the crew that was working did a actual very very good job. Our orders were completely correct and the best food I’ve ever had at this place. I know this taco bell has a bad rep but tonight was completely different. 10/10 for the crew.

I honestly have no idea how every single taco bell I ever go messes up my orders at least 50% of the time. This taco bell is no different. They are also closed at random times. How on earth do taco bells make enough money to stay open and multiply??? Great food though, really good when they get my order right.

I just want to rave about one of the employees who work there. Gary, who works in the mornings is spectacular. Best service I've ever had from this establishment. I hope the rest of the staff can follow his example. From now on I'm only going there if he's working.

I loved my Taco Bell experience. KAITI was really cool. Down to earth and personable. I Thank the staff for working hard to deliver food to my stomach. It made me feel good. I appreciated seeing the African American gentlemen who was cleaning some kitchen equipment. The other gentlmen was cool. He corrected a mistake in the order with accountability and apologized. They may not like me but I love them. And I thank you for patience and love.

I got everything I expected, 27 individual menu items for like 9bucks. What I didn't expect was the extra friendly staff and positive vibes. Stay awesome Grand Forks crew!

That was The Best food I have ever had at this particular Taco Bell, I kid you not!! 3 people, and all of our orders were fresh and correct. I ate Every Bite!!! Thanks!

This isn't something one should have to comment about as it should just be automatic to receive excellent service but in this day & age ( sad right) However to the two T bell Employees working the drive thru tonight (7/8/2021) @ 11:17:41 , Y'all ROCK , Keep up the epic positive attitudes , kindly assisting one another as y'all knocked down a fairly descent drive thru line & remaining as pleasant as you were. 👍👍

Greatest experience ever at taco bell! Great customer service and order was completed in less than 5 minutes! They must've gotten new management because this place was an awesome experience!

Order the quesalupa through Uber eats. They NEVER get it right and you can send a complaint and get your money back. The team here is terrible
