HCA Florida Osceola Hospital

I’m scared of hospitals and I been in them twice my entire life for surgery purposes. My nurses were the best! They were friendly & kind hearted. The doctors gave me some comfort as well. I don’t do well in hospitals and I get nervous fast in them.. the male at the registry was awesome as well and helpful. After my surgery there, I must say I had a great experience for sure. My room was well kept and clean as well. Thank you to all the nurses and staff who made me feel comfortable! I appreciate you all!

M3 Staff at this hospital was very, very good. Every request was taken care of in a timely manner. They were always helpful and friendly . No one had an attitude. Although I was always apologizing for the mess I seen to make, they didn't see at such.
This was one of my best hospital experiences

I recently had an emergency appendectomy at this hospital. Overall I feel like I had a good experience. My room was already ready for me before the ambulance which was transferring me from a smaller urgent care arrived. All of the nurses were especially kind. It felt like my aunties were there taking care of me, which was nice. They were always there for whatever I needed before and after my surgery.

While on vacation I fell and hit my head because I'm a little older and on blood thinners they took me to the trauma center. Everyone there was amazing, from the nurses to the rock star doctor. He kept me calm, reassuring me and explained everything that was going on. I want to thank them for caring and their great medical care

I can't thank enough for the special care I received from Doctors and Oncology staff members was exceptional. They listened to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team of Oncology displayed a high level of professionalism and comfort.

I am patient in CAR5 and since I got to the unit the service is been amazing. Specially to my fantastic Nurse Lucas and his assistant Madison. They were very attentive,professional and most importantly had empathy. Lucas answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Also I want to acknowledge Sasha my Phlebotomist she was amazing finding my vains. To all the staff from the hospital, Thank you! You guys made it easier.

The entire staff from the 4th Floor from Cardiology ICU was a blessing. They were patient and attentive to my mother's needs. They even made sure I was comfortable while I stayed the night with her. When I went to get breakfast for my mom and I, the doctors and nurses would even engage you in conversation and crack jokes with you as if you were one of their colleagues. It was pretty cool seeing how bubbly and friendly everyone was especially when some of the staff were clocking out and clocking in. Also from my own experience being in other hospitals this hospital was by far the cleanest hospital I ever visited.

The nurses on the unit get 5 stars - ESTEBAN, ASHLEY, IVAN, LOUIS, NERWIN, MELVIN (so sorry I got those two last ones wrong), the dialysis nurses, and others - were absolutely wonderful! Gentle, attentive, and very respectful of the family's wishes, they left me feeling assured that Ms. Lucille Pryce is well-cared for. All but one, who will remain nameless, Ms. "DNR" 😏.

Now, in the cafeteria, ALEX is da best 👍🏽🤩👊🏽. He was patient, suggesting meal options, and generous 😊. Please give this man a raise! 🥰

The facility is clean, fresh, and welcoming. With the one exception, ALL the staff has been friendly, kind, and "wicked awesome!", according to my friend ☺.

P.S. The volunteers and check-in staff (Naomi and Merilyn) are also amazing. It was a pleasure meeting Penny, the therapy dog, and speaking with Dave. The volunteers in the gift shop are just lovely.

Today I had the best staff assist me Rachel and Diane. They were so kind , happy and caring. The amazing nurse leader also came to visit me. She said her name was Yamile - a sparkle of life she was. Wow an Amazing person and a great leader which shows in the care I received today. Thank you for an amazing day. You made my day beautiful.

I have the best experience with this hospital, I read the reviews before I had to come and it really made me really nervous but I ended up on the medical 3/ oncology floor and I have had the best doctor and nurses. They have been so caring and supportive.

My 4 day stay was great. Everyone I came in contact with was nice. Room was always cleaned. Nurses always seeing if I was alright and needed anything. Doctors checking in atleast once a day. Nurses happy to see me each time. Room A 314 May 1 -5 2023.

We are from Massachusetts and my wife slipped and broke her wrist. We honestly have to say the kindness and her treatment was the best we have ever encountered any where. We are retired so we have been to other hospitals through out our lives. Just caring care with the utmost empathy we have ever had. We are very pleased to be able to convey our experience with others. Thanks to all the Dr’s, cna’s and nurses! Terrific job!

I would like to recognize nurse Alexei, he is a awesome nurse, he was very helpful during my overnight stay after my surgery. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive with patients under his care. Thank you!

We heard a lot of bad comments that we were afraid to go here.Last minute decided to go and let me tell you, it was the best decision we made. My daughter had my granddaughter at this hospital and it was amazing. The entire staff from the 3th floor (OBG) were wonderful especially the nurse (unfortunately don’t remember her name) that tock care of my daughter on the night of November 13, 2023 @ 11:30pm. She was so sweet to my daughter, she treated her like it was her on daughter. Definitely recommend this hospital 100%.

I normally come for an infusion on the Oncology floor and have been in and out for a while. The care teams are amazing and always on top of everything. I never feel like I’m left out of the loop of my own health plan. They keep me up to date and answer my questions the best they can. Normally hospitals can be depressing BUT the nurses are so lively and upbeat that it always brightens my mood. They work together very well to keep each other up to date on each patient and their needs. The nurses take time to listen and care for their patients!

I have had the most wonderful experience here over the past 6 days. From the ambulance ride here to the ER then to my 4th floor room.

In 2012 I had a tramatoc experience at another hospital. That experience left me bedridden for a few years which led me to being tramatized by the medical profession. I developed PTSD and avoid Drs and Hospitals at all cost.

Lastt Monday, I came close to dying, so I didnt have a choice but to come to the hospital in the ambulance. Every single person I came in contact has been so nice and like an angel. They fixed my issue and still kept me for 4 days to ensure proper healing. This amazing team has restored my faith in the medical profession. Thank you to all involved with my care. Blessings to all! Highly recommend.

I couldn’t do another post with my account for some reason but, this is my second time coming to support my mother and I just wanted to give out a shoutout to the staff at triage and the entire staff on Car5 especially the nurse leader Eliomar S., who took time to speak with us, addressed any concerns that my mother had , provided her with great patient care, showing respect, understanding her concerns, giving reassurance, and showing a lot of respect and kindness towards her and myself. The staff alone has been great making sure that my mother and I were comfortable, they even asked if I wanted anything such as, an extra pillow or blanket for when I had to stay a few nights and they even offered me something to drink and a few crackers to nibble on incase I was hungry which I found to be very kind and thoughtful. Whenever I did decide to grab food from the cafeteria on the way you’ll definitely see a some polite faces greeting you on the way and not looking at you like some weirdo. A lot of positive energy from this experience once again. I can’t speak for everyone but, this hospital has been very supportive and helpful handling my mother’s needs.

8/11/23 is when our amazing 4 day 3 night stay began. From the moment we walked into HCA we were greeted by the security guards and staff. They noticed that we’re ready to have a baby and directed us in the right direction. Through the hallways and up the elevator to the 3rd floor, the doors to the Baby Nursing Center opened and immediately my wife and I were welcomed with smiles and love from all the wonderful staff who were scheduled from 8/11/2023 - 8/14/2023 in room 351. The impact they made on us was indescribable no words could come close to how well they treated us especially how they treated my wife. They respected our birthing choices and complete judgement free zone on all levels. The 25/8 care around the clock that they provided was truly an experience and we felt safe. My wife, the baby (Darla Rose) and I, want to thank everyone who entered our room(351) from the nurses to the doctors to the sanitation staff to the cooks to the nurses who weren’t even assigned to us through out our experience, we our forever grateful for you all!! You all have a special place in our hearts. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I’m a patient in Car 5. My care has been outstanding and I been treated like family , very professionell and polite staff. I would like to acknowledge my nurse genesis , tech Carla and Ellla. Radiology Brittany and Heather was very caring. I enjoyed my visit with Yamile the nurse leader today.

I was on 4 medical floor the last 3 1/2 days. The staff at all levels were awesome in my care! Having a kidney stone isn't the most pleasant experience. They always made sure I was comfortable and assisted in my medical needs.
