Hi my name is Jack Marovets and i sold my vehicle and it was totaled. I am trying to get ahold of someone to give my plates and get a refund. There doesn't seem to be a way to get ahold of anyone. I have been on hold for hours.
I think like so many other businesses you should open up again. what if everyone in the nation took your approach. Where would you get your food, gas, electricity, ect.

Linn county is the only one in iowa too make there own rules. Iowa people are people titles are still Iowa titles but not in linn county's eye's
