Red Wing - Cedar Rapids, IA

I went in to red wing today to find a pair of hunting boots and then we got to talking about work boots.. Tabatha was great and she sold me on the pair of red wings that she has. I appreciate her taking her time explaining everything to me about my feet when she did the scans. I will be back to pick up my boots that she put on hold for me. I will definitely be back to get both pairs of boots soon. She is very sweet and caring thank you again tabatha ❤

Nick in the Coralville IA store was extremely helpful in locating a pair of the boots I wanted to buy as a gift. Next, Store Manager Keith Shriver, who was preparing to drive from Cedar Rapids to Coralville, personally brought the boots down to the Coralville store for me to pick up!

Stopped today and got new boots. Young lady helped me get sized and setup to the boot I wanted and took her time to help make sure I was fully satisfied. Great experience and great store to deal with!

JaJaun helped me today. Listened to what I wanted, recommended a couple different brands and the first one I tried on was the one. A true consultant.

My son has a job where footwear is really important. He also has a history of foot and leg pain. We have always had good luck with Red Wing boots. Make sure that you are detailed when telling them what you need. Make sure they take the time to measure your feet even if you think you know the size you want. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable. If you take the time they will find you what you need and a good fit.

I had a mix up with another store who accidentally sent my shoes to this store, John was so great to deal with and made sure they were re-routed to me promptly. Thanks for your friendly and fast service, very much appreciated.

Best work boots made today

As a female in need of a safety shoe I've been to so many shoe stores that have little to no women's safety shoes. They might have them online or maybe order you what you want, but honestly if I wanted to order a pair of shoes I wouldn't be "in* the store🤨. I had the best experience ever at the Red Wing shoe store in Cedar Rapid.

Quality work shoes at higher end prices. Lifetime warranty on your purchase. Has a pair of boots from 2012 they still serviced for me so they could be stretched at no additional cost to me. Very good Craftsman ship and buyer experience. Shoes here definately meet osha / regulatory standards for things like steel reinforcement or insulated properties. Many shoes are waterproof.
