My experience was definitely good- I got the microneedling, a treatment over the course of 3 months. Ali was great; very friendly and outgoing, and open to answering questions and clarifying any confusion on aftercare.
I'm happy with my results- the 11 lines on my brow are a lot less deep, and the smile lines are almost gone. I can feel that my skin feels thicker and more bouncy. They do a numbing gel before the procedure, so it hurts a lot less than you'd imagine.

I will say I was skeptical at first, because of the multitude of 5 star reviews - this is explained by the fact that the business will contact you after the procedure and send a Google link to ask for a review. But the request I received did not say they expected a great review, or what to say. It's just good marketing, making it easy for clients to review.
Definitely would return for additional services when finances allow. Thanks ladies!!

I have been going to Kristina at You Turn Skin Care for my acne and age-related concerns for several months now. I have to say that I have been impressed since the very beginning when I first called to inquire—the receptionist was so friendly, prompt and courteous about calling me back and helping me get an appointment when I needed it. Then, when I first walked in to the spa I was greeted with such a pleasant smile and helpful attitude. The spa is also so pretty, clean and comfortable with nice amenities. However, the most important aspect is how much I love Kristina. She is so professional, knowledgeable and ready to listen to what results I am wanting. She is really good about not trying to upsell me on products/services but rather helps me to stay within my budget while still achieving the results I want. I am so pleased and grateful that I have found Kristina and You Turn. I look forward to my appointments and seeing what we can achieve together.

I started going to You Turn a few years ago and have been very happy with my services. I have gotten botox, filler, and facials with them. Kristi is awesome, and she really takes the time to talk to you about your goals with the services you’re getting to make sure you’re happy and feel confident with the process. Everyone is really nice and flexible. There have been a few times I need to rebook last second, and they worked with me.

Love it here! I’ve been a member at You Turn for nearly three years and have seen significant improvement in my skin. The estheticians (shout out to Ali) are super knowledgeable, friendly, and will steer you and your lovely face in the right direction with monthly treatments as well as home regimens. I look forward to my facials soooo much and just know I’ll walk out with that glow I’m after. The treatments are results-driven yet still so relaxing. Highly recommend You Turn! You won’t regret it!

You Turn Skin Care in Ankeny is a clean and welcoming environment with attentive and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to my monthly facials and have noticed a difference in my skin since starting here about a year ago. The estheticians listen to my concerns, share their knowledge with me, and together we make a plan for each appointment. I always feel like I leave with a completed facial that was best for my budget, skin, and overall well-being. I'm so relaxed and refreshed at the end of a session!

I have been coming here for the last 3 months and can’t say enough about this place! I came in initially just for a brow lamination and color, walked out with a membership!! Kristina did a FANTASTIC job on my brows, even mixing a special color for me!

She has since been helping me on my skincare journey and always allowing me to feel comfortable with what she recommends, but never pressuring me.

If you’re looking for a place for brows, waxing, filler, facials, peels, pretty much anything…..they’ve got it…and the staff that care.

Love You Turn Skin Care. I previously never made myself and specifically my skin a priority. I tried out You Turn and their amazing services and haven't looked back since. Every service I have received has been top notch and I have quickly seen the amazing results. I love it so much, I quickly signed up for their membership program. With the great membership perks it was a no brainer. :-) Ali & Kristi are amazing and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to You Turn for over a year now. I really like the small spa experience compared to the big commercial spas. The staff truly care about you and your skin care goals. They offer you the services that align with your goals and don’t oversell or promote services you don’t need.

This spa is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. From the warm welcome, to the extra pampering during each treatment, I always leave feeling amazing. The staff are highly skilled in their services, both spa and injections. I would highly recommend!

My injector Mallory was extremely helpful in helping me decide what to do and learn more about the process of getting lip filler! She was focused on making everything even and look good, and even adjusted her schedule to get me in :) I already can't wait to go back!

This is a great place to go. The staff is friendly and professional. Kristy takes time to listen to my needs and concerns and comes up with the best plan to meet my needs. I never feel pressured to to do something I’m not comfortable with.

This was my first time using this business and it was amazing. Everything was very clean and maintained. I arrived and was immediately greeted with a smile and a welcome. I received the acne facial and upgraded to add the oxygen treatment for an extra $25. In total I spent $147 including the tip. I am so bad with names but the woman that did my facial was so incredibly informative and attentive to my needs. She didn't try to upsell me on any products but instead helped me to tweak how I am using my current ones which is huge for me. I cannot express how great of an experience this was. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I went to visit Allison with the hope to help diminish some lines I had on more forehead. She walked me through my options, helped explain the products and process, and made me feel completely at ease. I love my results and my added confidence! Thank you Allison and You Turn Skin Care!

I visited You Turn today for the first time today for an Ultimate Skin Refiner Hydrofacial and dermaplaning. Let me tell you - best facial I’ve ever had. Hannah was amazing - so nice, gentle with my skin, knowledgeable, and made me feel like my treatment was truly customized to my skin. I would recommend You Turn to anybody and everybody I know. I’m getting married next fall and trust them to help me get my skin in tip top shape after just one treatment. My skin is soft and glowing after my visit. I’ll be back!

She was beyond helpful and I felt as if she really understood my concerns and is willing to help me in any way possible while considering expense limitations. Allison made me feel like a pampered princess! She made the whole experience like you were visiting a dear friend. She discussed what would be best for my skin based on my concerns and what it actually needed. This southern girl needed help with the climate change from the humid FL weather to IA actual seasons. Would highly recommend her to any new friends I make.
