Kosama

I love this gym. Between the trainers and the other gym peps, the environment is so welcoming and encouraging. I been seeing results which is so great.

I absolutely LOVE Kosama! Lindsay, the owner, is great. I’ve only been to a handful of classes so far, she got to know my name super fast, & pushed me past my limits! ALL the staff here are kick @$$, & super helpful. The other clients that come in are also all very friendly. You can come and go and just do your own thing if you’re not a people person, or come a little early and stick around for a few and chat with fellow shredders if you’re into that too! Great environment, & I love that there are varied time slots to suit shifting work hours like mine. Plus weekend classes! I highly recommend it!!!

The owner Lindsay and the trainers are very welcoming and helpful. They care about making sure you learn proper form and technique to insure you don't hurt yourself. The workout programs are challenging and rewarding. I highly recommend Kosama!

Although I'm virtual, I get specific, personalized instruction. I love the variety of workouts and the coaches are incredible. Wish I had started sooner!

Amazing workout place for people of all fitness levels. Group classes with hands on help from incredible instructors.
