It is the worst place for absolutely everything, they do not help you at all in zoning, they are the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. If you are going to buy any property, don't do it in that county, they practically own everything and they don't allow you to do anything just because they don't get money from it. Ashley the zoning person is the worst person in that place, for everything her answer is always no and she is definitely a robot that only follows orders without having empathy or common sense to be able to solve or help people

Commissioner Peggy Choudhry is a slumlord and has multiple code violations on her units in Polk County. She owns both ACR Homes and a property management company named Relaxed home rentals LLC. She refuses to get permits and is forced to by code enforcement. When she finally does its months later. We were tenants of hers and when she refused to fix our unit, she started threatening us to where we finally called code enforcement. Once code enforcement violated her, she started making more threats towards us to evict us for calling code enforcement. It is illegal to retaliate against a tenant for exercising their legal rights. She was found to be at fault for violations. We just called another time on her again for more violations. In which she is still threatening us. We even had to move from the unit due to it being unhabitable.

She is up for reelection, don't vote for someone who treats others this way. She isn't fit for office and has been reported to the Florida Commission of ethics. You can also see her on Hotel Impossible Season 3 Episode 9. She has a history of being a slumlord.

Been trying for 1 week to get an answer to a simple question about zoning with nothing but run around. They are very unprofessional

Inmates heaith care is horrible due to this inmates have died when if proper treatment was given this wouldnt of happened think if it was your son or daughter or a loved one that made a mistake and they died as a result of unproper care God bless hope the system gets better we all have to awnser to God some day

Never in 54 years have I seen a more self absorbed, self centered group of folks then the Osceola BOCC. Only thinking about developers & how to waste tons of money while destroying our enviroment.
