I would give NO stars if it would let me!! Horrible customer service, we arrived to an empty lobby to simply do a name change on account related to just being married. The lady behind the desk was absolutely put out to schedule an appointment 3 weeks later even though there was not one customer there. Three employees there, no customers other than me and my new wife and no one can do a name change with all the proper paperwork!! We’ve had nothing but rude unhelpful people at Wells Fargo, so we’ve had enough, we closed our account after 17 years of disappointment!!

The absolute worst Customer service i've had from anyone in years! To think that I have banked with Wells for over 20 yrs to be treated with such disregard!! Their reader did not read a customers check I deposited but they could care less and are insistent that I jump through several hoops to resolve the problem when it's their faulty equipment that is the problem! After 40 minutes on the phone it appeared that they only seem to blame my customer!, Insulting their integrity in lieu of acknowledging their own faulty equipment.
