Holiday Inn Express & Suites East Wichita I-35 Andover, an IHG Hotel

Very nice hotel! Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Checked in at midnight and Monica at the front desk was so friendly! Pam made a wonderful breakfast the next morning, makes me want to stay at more holiday inns!!! Thanks Wichita!!

Super close to Wichita without the high prices of downtown. And a really friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and I had all our needs met during our stay with my family for 3 days. Definitely one of my favorite IHG locations to visit.

Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Only negative is the pool was out of service both times stayed there.

Clean. great location great price compare to NYC. Place looks modern in the hallways and the rooms. They have a rooftop bar and you can order food as well.

We arrived late night and the reception was perfect. Had to book another room in the middle of the night and it was very fast. Rooms are clean and the breakfast included is also good. It’s everything you expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The only thing is the bath’s faucet was leaking and created a brown stain.

I visited alot of hotels and 1 thing I can say about this Holiday inn express is the staff members here are awesome!!!!!! People can be very rude an lazy at doing their job, but not these people. I came into town with my family an we ended up staying a little longer than expected, even though I have such a large family they made sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed to make our stay the best day possible. When we were late to breakfast they went out of their way to make more breakfast for my children an other guess as well. Most hotels make you go to the front desk for anything needed these people are so open and willing to come to you if you're not able to make it. I enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed here recently with my family - two rooms. My mother left her phone in the hotel room. The staff went above and beyond to contact us and ship the phone to my parents. Housekeeping staff, front desk, and managers - all exceptional. Excellent place to stay!

Loving my stay at this hotel!! The staff is generous and very polite. I couldn't of picked a better hotel to stay at. I highly recommend staying here☺ breakfast is delicious, huge variety of food to pick from. Great fitness center, an outstanding staff members! The rooms are beautiful and very spacious with gorgeous setup outside and inside. 🥰🥰🥰 I love it here!!

Very happy with the overall experience.
Clean , comfortable, rather inexpensive, courteous staff and the free breakfast was in our top 5 . A little older hotel that has been Well maintained.
The only negative was a toilet that would have gone on and off the entire night. I turned off the water underneath, end of problem. In the morning, the front desk apologized, and while I stood there, she noted it on a to-do list .

Great BREAKFAST - Clean, well attended, Friendly staff - Best TV I've ever had in a property & I'm a higher end traveler. Nice property, clean rooms.

I had a good experience here. John and Casey were very helpful and kind during our quick-last-minute stay. Great breakfast options! The only thing I would have changed is to have lamp(s) by our king bed, it was very dark in our room (hard to see when sterilizing baby bottles in microwave).

I stayed at this holiday inn a week ago. We had an issue with the third party vendor but the employee was so nice and kind. I had to wait about 45 minutes until she just went into her computer system herself and got me a room at the advertised price online. Because she was so kind, I wanted to be sure she got a great review. I know some of the holiday inns are owned by other owners. This was was the best customer service. Stay here instead of Selina

Great stay! Very clean rooms and the staff was so helpful. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding. You had a choice of; Western omelettes, cheese omelets, turkey sausage, pancakes freshly made on the spot, all types of different yogurts, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy and the coffee was very good. the location is off the beaten track so it's a little tricky to get there but it was worth it. The gentleman at the night desk was very nice and the young lady in the morning was super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel very much.

The best service of any motel I have stayed at ever! I was unexpectedly delayed in Andover while my RV was being worked on, the day clerk graciously found a room for me and allowed me to Check in early. Then Tanya, the night clerk loaned me her charger, and picked up a meal for me from Poplar restaurant as they could not deliver. The pillows and sheets and bed were comfortable as well.

Room was great. Staff was great. Breakfast was great, when our large group ate up all the food they were more than willing to bring us out some more with less than an hour before breakfast hours were over. Only complaint I have is that we booked a suite for 6 people and didn't have blankets and pillows for the pull out, however when I went and asked for the linens the guy at the front desk even offered to make the bed for us.

Very friendly staff, extremely clean comfortable room. Brian at the front desk has a wonderful singing voice and it's nice after a long road trip to come in and hear his beautiful voice. Extremely good service! Fantastic shower great water pressure! I will definitely stay here again. Holiday the dog at the front desk is cool

We were very happy with our stay here. The employees were friendly, everything was very clean and nice looking, and they were dog friendly too! The complementary coffee/tea, popcorn, and gourmet cookies were great! The room was good size and the bed was comfy. We will stay here again.

Monica at the front desk is amazing. She had gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Due to COVID we could not serve ourselves but they had an employee serving breakfast. He was kinda and patient! We will stay here again if needed!
