I went in today and it was 30 below zero. Casey/Kasey/K.C. helped me with my battery and even braved the elements to install it for me. I couldnt thank him enough. He was knowledgeable and professional. In my opinion this guy needs a substantial raise.

Nice clean store, and great customer service! The workers were knowledgeable of what I needed and also gave me advice. Honestly the prices here are better than all of their competitors in the area. Even beat out walmart on some of the products. Definitely recommend going here for auto parts and with any questions you might have. Will be stopping by again on my next parts run!

Always helpful. Lot of great items and a nice clean store. Never had a problem with all the times I've been there. Always got me the right part. Would highly recommend this place I had of any others. Their rewards program is also pretty awesome.

Oh my gosh! Dylan is amazing! He put in my bulbs for me and took the time to switch them out to figure out the problem with my signal light. And he found my phone! (It was on my car) The others were nice too, but Dylan deserves Employee of the Month!

Easy not bad prices fast good and helpful service

Went to pick up a couple of parts but they helped me so fast...I had more time to browse! Friendly service and even saw an employee helping a customer change a part on the spot!

Stopped here in the middle of a blizzard with a Chevy that had a dead battery. Other stores had closed due the weather, but these guys were open. Better yet, he installed the battery in my truck out in the blizzard. Highly recommend this parts place PLUS!

Originally went to O’Reilly and they wouldn’t change my battery because “it was too cold”. Came here and John did it no problem in -22 wind chill. Thank you John!

Needed brakes for vehicle and the staff was extremely helpful, informed and friendly. We were in and out of the store quickly.

To say that I’m “blown away” with the service and attitude of Jeremy would be an understatement. I purchased windshield wiper blades for myself and for my niece during a storm that had hit our area. We both were struggling because of broken wipers. Jeremy came out to our vehicles and changed them out for both of us. It was snowing and blowing, freezing temps, and Jeremy stayed there until he had them properly installed. I wouldn’t have been able to do it, as they were blades I was really unfamiliar with. Autozone has a “gem” of an employee in Jeremy. I will happily send all of my friends to Autozone, and tell them about the “gold service” I received there.

Hands down the best Autozone store I’ve done business with. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. I order parts online, but when I don’t Autozone gets my money. I’ve had nightmare experiences with Oriellys.
